Carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4) are the primary greenhouse gases (GHGs) that drive global climate change. CO2 reforming of CH4 or dry reforming of CH4 (DRM) is used for the simultaneous conversion of CO2 and CH4 into syngas and higher hydrocarbons. In this study, DRM was investigated using Ag–Ni/Al2O3 packing and Sn–Ni/Al2O3 packing in a parallel plate dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) reactor. The performance of the DBD reactor was significantly enhanced when applying Ag–Ni/Al2O3 and Sn–Ni/Al2O3 due to the relatively high electrical conductivity of Ag and Sn as well as their anti-coke performances. Using Ag–Ni/Al2O3 consisting of 1.5 wt% Ag and 5 wt% Ni/Al2O3 as the catalyst in the DBD reactor, 19% CH4 conversion, 21% CO2 conversion, 60% H2 selectivity, 81% CO selectivity, energy efficiency of 7.9% and 0.74% (by mole) coke formation were achieved. In addition, using Sn–Ni/Al2O3, consisting of 0.5 wt% Sn and 5 wt% Ni/Al2O3, 15% CH4 conversion, 19% CO2 conversion, 64% H2 selectivity, 70% CO selectivity, energy efficiency of 6.0%, and 2.1% (by mole) coke formation were achieved. Sn enhanced the reactant conversions and energy efficiency, and resulted in a reduction in coke formation; these results are comparable to that achieved when using the noble metal Ag. The decrease in the formation of coke could be correlated to the increase in the CO selectivity of the catalyst. Good dispersion of the secondary metals on Ni was found to be an important factor for the observed increases in the catalyst surface area and catalytic activities. Furthermore, the stability of the catalytic reactions was investigated for 1800 min over the 0.5 wt% Ag-5 wt% Ni/Al2O3 and 0.5 wt% Sn-5 wt% Ni/Al2O3 catalysts. Ambient condition, especially the wind condition, is an important factor to determine the behavior of hydrogen diffusion during hydrogen release. However, only few studies aim at the quantitative study of the hydrogen diffusion in a wind-exist condition. And very little researches aiming at the variable wind condition have been done. In this paper, the hydrogen diffusion in different wind condition which including the constant wind velocity and the variable wind velocity is investigated numerically. When considering the variable wind velocity, the UDF (user defined function) is compiled. Characteristics of the FGC (flammable gas cloud) and the HMF (hydrogen mass fraction) are analyzed in different wind condition and comparisons are made with the no-wind condition. Results indicate that the constant wind velocity and the variable wind velocity have totally different effect for the determination of hydrogen diffusion. Comparisons between the constant wind velocity and the variable wind velocity indicate that the variable wind velocity may cause a more dangerous situation since there has a larger FGC volume. More importantly, the wind condition has a non-negligible effect when considering the HMF along the radial direction. As the wind velocity increases, the distribution of the HMF along the radial direction is not Gaussian anymore when the distance between the release hole and the observation line exceeds to a critical value. This work can be a supplement of the research on the hydrogen release and diffusion and a valuable reference for the researchers. 相似文献

目的建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定糕点中6种常用合成甜味剂的分析方法。方法选用超纯水作为提取溶剂,涡旋和超声提取后,低温离心,取部分上清液加入正己烷除脂,Waters Atlantis■T3色谱柱、甲醇-5 mmol/L甲酸铵(含0.1%甲酸)作为流动相、亲水亲脂平衡型固相萃取柱HLB(hydrophile-lipophile balance)净化。结果6种甜味剂在质量浓度为10~200 ng/mL的曲线范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r均大于0.999,平均加标回收率在85.0%-98.2%之间,相对平均偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为1.3%~6.7%。结论该方法具有前处理简单、灵敏度高、检测速度快等优点,适合糖精钠、甜蜜素、三氯蔗糖、阿斯巴甜、阿力甜、纽甜的检测,但不适用于安赛蜜的检测。 相似文献

To investigate the effect of cooking temperature (55, 65, 75, 85 and 95 °C) on texture and flavour binding of braised sauce porcine skin (BSPS), sensory acceptance, microstructure and flavour-binding capacity were investigated during the processing of BSPS. Samples cooked at 85 and 95 °C showed better texture and aroma scores. Hardness and chewiness of BSPS were obviously improved at 85 and 95 °C than control group. Collagen structure was significantly destroyed over 85 °C. The porcine skin collagen heated at 85 and 95 °C showed relatively higher flavour-binding capacity than other samples. The improvement of texture of BSPS was mainly attributed to the degradation of collagen. Higher aroma scores of BSPS were related to intense binding abilities with aroma compounds at 85 and 95 °C. Cooking at 85 or 95 °C could be an optimal cooking temperature for BSPS. 相似文献

Ceria-based solid solutions are important materials for high- and medium-temperature electrochemical applications. However, the stabilities of both binary and ternary ceria-based solid solutions are insufficient at elevated temperatures, which limits their application as solid electrolytes or SOFC cathodes. Data on the high-temperature stability of ceria-based ceramics are unavailable in the literature. In the present study, we report a thermodynamic stability investigation of Y2O3-CeO2 and Y2O3-ZrO2-CeO2 solid solutions. The thermal prehistories of binary and ternary systems were investigated using STA, XRD, and ESCA techniques. The vaporization processes were investigated in the temperature range of 1577–2227°С via the Knudsen effusion mass spectrometry technique. Using data on the component activity in solid-phase thermodynamic properties of Y2O3-CeO2 solid solutions, which is represented as the Gibbs energy, the excess Gibbs energy was calculated as a function of the ceria mol. %. It was shown that the reduction of Ce4+ to Ce3+ in Y2O3-CeO2 and Y2O3-ZrO2-CeO2 solid solutions corresponds to less-negative Gibbs energy compared to ZrO2-CeO2 solid solutions. 相似文献

Thermal action in extraction process had effects on characteristic tryptic peptides identification and gelling properties of porcine gelatin. SDS-PAGE, HPLC-LTQ/Orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry, texture analyser and rheometer were used to evaluate collagen depolymerisation degree, characteristic tryptic peptides and gelling properties of gelatins prepared in various thermal actions. Results showed that with increasing temperature and time, depolymerisation degree enlarged, while gel strength, gelling and melting temperature decreased. Mass spectra showed that 47 and 49 common characteristic tryptic peptides were identified in gelatins extracted at 50 °C and 100 °C with various times, respectively. Moreover, 34 common characteristic tryptic peptides were identified in all gelatin samples. Further comparison between this work and our previous investigations yielded 20 common characteristic tryptic peptides, which stably exist in various thermal actions. These common characteristic tryptic peptides may be very helpful for the accurate authentication of porcine gelatin. 相似文献

Perfluorosulfonic acid ionomer membranes have been widely used as proton conducting membranes in various electrochemical processes such as polymer electrolyte fuel cells and water electrolysis. While their thermal stability has been studied by thermogravimetry and analysis of low molecular weight products, their decomposition mechanism is little understood. In this study a newly developed methodology of thermal desorption and pyrolysis in combination with direct analysis in real time mass spectrometry is applied for Nafion membrane. An ambient ionization source and a high-resolution time-of-flight mass spectrometer enabled unambiguous assignment of gaseous products. Thermal decomposition is initiated by side chain detachment above 350°C, which leaves carbonyls on the main chain at the locations of the side chains. Perfluoroalkanes are released above 400°C by main chain scission and their further decomposition products dominate above 500 °C. DFT calculation of reaction energies and barrier heights of model compounds support proposed decomposition reactions. 相似文献

To prevent the adulteration of agricultural resources and provide a solution to enhance the green coffee bean supply chain, authentication using the near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) technique was investigated. Partial least square with discrimination analysis (PLS-DA) models combined with various preprocessing methods were built from NIR spectra of 153 Vietnamese green coffee samples. The model combined with the standard normal variate and the first order of derivative yielded excellent performance in predicting coffee species with the error cross-validation of 0.0261. PLS-DA model of mean centre and first-order derivative spectra also yielded good performance in verifying geographical indication of green coffee with the error of 0.0656. By contrast, the predicting abilities of post-harvest methods were poor. The overall results showed a high potential of the NIRS in online authentication practices. 相似文献
