高压水清洗系统和喷淋降温系统分别是春季保持空冷器翅片表面清洁和夏季保证空冷器在高温下正常运行的2个重要辅助系统。针对喷淋系统的缺点研究了高压射流雾化技术,通过试验论证了高压水清洗与雾化降温系统集成的可行性和合理性。根据设计思路开发的集成系统已在山西某项目获得应用并取得了良好的使用效果,此高压水清洗与雾化降温集成系统中高压水发生装置及介质输送管路共用,产生的高压水射流雾化颗粒可达到60μm,夏季降温效果较传统喷淋降温效果大幅提升,水资源的利用率得到极大提高,系统性价比更高。  相似文献

In this study, as alternative methods to conventional production methods involving thin section copper permanent mould casting (fast solidification) and water atomization (rapid solidification) of AISI DC 53 cold work tool steel have been investigated. Thin slabs obtained by copper mould casting was homogenized at 1150 °C for one hour and then hot rolling was be applied. After hot rolling, conventional heat treatment have been applied to thin slabs. The same heat treatment procedure have been performed for a commercially available AISI DC 53 which is manufactured by thick section ingot casting and rolling. In order to investigate also the effect of rapid solidification on AISI DC 53 tool steel, steel powder was produced by water atomization technique. Experiments have revealed that thin steel slabs in permanent copper mould and rapidly solidified tool steel powder by water atomization have a more refined primary M7C3 carbides than commercially available steel.  相似文献

Ti-based amorphous metallic glasses have excellent mechanical, physical, and chemical properties, which is an important development direction and research hotspot of metal composite reinforcement. As a stable, simple, efficient, and large-scale preparation technology of metallic powders, the gas atomization process provides an effective way of preparing amorphous metallic glasses. In this study, the controllable fabrication of a Ti-based amorphous powder, with high efficiency, has been realized by using gas atomization. The scanning electron microscope, energy-dispersive spectrometer, and X-ray diffraction are used to analyze surface morphology, element distribution, and phase structure, respectively. A microhardness tester is used to measure the mechanical property. An electrochemical workstation is used to characterize corrosion behavior. The results show that as-prepared microparticles are more uniform and exhibit good amorphous characteristics. The mechanical test shows that the hardness of amorphous powder is significantly increased as compared with that before preparation, which has the prospect of being an important part of engineering reinforced materials. Further electrochemical measurement shows that the corrosion resistance of the as-prepared sample is also significantly improved. This study has laid a solid foundation for expanding applications of Ti-based metallic glasses, especially in heavy-duty and corrosive domains.  相似文献

针对航空发动机燃烧室中存在的燃油流量脉动问题开展实验研究,设计并搭建了燃油喷嘴流量脉动激光可视化实验台,在等流量条件下利用高频激光粒子图像速度仪(High Speed Particle Image Velocimetry, PIV)分析燃油脉动频率变化对喷嘴雾化特性影响。实验结果表明:流量脉动促进了液膜表面的发展及液膜的破碎,对喷嘴的雾化产生积极的影响;喷嘴下游带状液膜区的发展和液滴的瞬态速度与喷嘴的流量脉动频率具有一致性;液滴的瞬态速度脉动幅值受脉动频率影响,在50 Hz时存在极大值。  相似文献

The development of mild hydrogen-generating materials is of great significance to improve the working life of hydrogen–oxygen fuel cells. In this study, Al–Bi–Zn composite powders were designed by phase diagram calculation and then prepared via the gas atomization method. The results indicated that the conversion yield of Al–12Bi–7Zn (wt.%) powder reached 98% with stable hydrogen production within 280 min at 50 °C. When composite powder reacted with NaCl solution to produce hydrogen, the dormant period of the reaction process was significantly shortened, but the conversion rate was slightly reduced. Additionally, the evolution of powder morphology during the reaction was investigated. The results showed that the continuous cracking of the powder led to the continuous exposure of fresh Al to react.  相似文献

针对带扩张段构型的发动机燃烧室,采用欧拉-拉格朗日仿真方法研究喷注方式、喷孔参数及隔离段燃烧室构型的改变对于射流雾化效果的影响,用以更好地指导发动机设计.结果表明,在保证发动机总体流量不变的条件下,喷孔孔径减小或者喷孔总数量减少使得液气动量通量比增大,有利于同时增大单孔射流穿透深度以及液滴展向宽度.贫燃工况下如当量比为0.7条件下,射流流量减小,混合效果可能变差.而在发动机结构设计方面,隔离段到燃烧室的过渡设计不宜采用大转角,15°转角是相对较为理想的设计方案.采用小角度突扩构型设计比渐扩构型更容易找到相对好的点火位置.  相似文献

本文对利用雾化法直接制备出Y、Ti过饱和固溶的粉体合金,经短时机械合金化和热等静压成型制备纳米结构9Cr-ODS钢技术进行了研究.采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射研究雾化合金粉与短时球磨后雾化合金粉的形貌特征与组织的演化.通过高分辨透射电镜和电子背散射衍射研究热固化成型后ODS钢的微观组织.测试了雾化粉和球磨8 h合金粉热固化成型样品的应力-应变曲线.结果表明,用短时球磨雾化粉制备的ODS钢晶粒尺寸更加细小、形成高密度纳米尺寸的析出相.与常规方法制备的ODS钢相比,抗拉强度略高、塑性显著提高、球磨时间大幅缩短.  相似文献

Ti—6Al—4V alloy powder was processed by electrode induction melting gas atomization (EIGA) at high gas pressure (5.5–7.0 MPa). The effects of atomizing gas pressure on the powder characteristics and the microstructure, along with the mechanical properties of the as-fabricated block by laser melting deposition (LMD), were investigated. The results indicate that the diameters of powders are distributed in a wide range of sizes from 1 to 400 μm, and the median powder size (d50) decreases with increasing gas pressure. The powders with a size fraction of 100–150 μm obtained at gas pressures of 6.0 and 6.5 MPa have better flowability. The oxygen content is consistent with the change trend of gas pressure within a low range of 0.06%–0.20%. Specimens fabricated by LMD are mainly composed of α+β grains with a fine lamellar Widmanstatten structures and have the ultimate tensile strength (UTS) and yield strength of approximately 1100 and 1000 MPa, respectively. Furthermore, the atomized powders have a favorable 3D printing capability, and the mechanical properties of Ti—6Al—4V alloys manufactured by LMD typically exceed those of their cast or wrought counterparts.  相似文献

基于质量守恒、能量守恒定律,建立了内热型超声雾化溶液再生系统(IH-UARS)的再生性能预测模型并进行了充分的实验验证,通过研究不同内热量下IH-UARS的再生性能及其变化规律,寻求系统所需的最佳内热量并明确其可能的影响因素。结果表明:IH-UARS系统存在最优的内热量范围,使其再生系统性能最佳;所需最优内热量随着再生溶液流量增大呈显著的对数增长,但受空气流量的影响较弱;在该研究中的标准工况下,IH-UARS所需最优内热量约为275~350 W。此外研究发现:内热量的增长有益于促进初始浓度较高的溶液进一步浓缩再生,如当IH-UARS中内热量增至800 W时,其初始浓度为36%的溶液比24%的溶液浓度增量指标改善幅度高37%。研究所得结果可对提高溶液再生性能及经济性提供积极参考。  相似文献

A new concept of powder atomization based on the venturi phenomenon is presented in the current work. In the proposed method, the working gas speeds-up while flowing into the venturi nozzle. Under the low static pressure developing at the narrow part of the venturi, liquid metal is sucked and mixed perfectly with the gas. By controlling the operating parameters, metal powder of different sizes and shapes can be produced. Carbon dioxide and pure aluminum were mixed in the nozzle and the effect of different operating gas pressures on the produced particle size and shape were thoroughly investigated. Most of the particles were found to average to almost 150 μm, however, even sub-micron aluminum particles were produced at low mass fractions. With the increase of the gas pressure from 0.5 bar to 4 bar, finer aluminum particles are produced. One of the most attractive features of the proposed method is the low gas pressure required to cause melt atomization, which in certain cases may be up to 30 times lower compared to current industrial atomization methods.  相似文献
