Optimisation,design and characterisation of a piezoelectric micro suspension

A piezoelectric micro active suspension device has been developed for the application of active isolation of sensitive electronic devices such as frequency generators or inertial sensors. The developed strategy is based on a classical skyhook active damper but adapted and optimised to allow robust implementation onto an adaptive microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). The micro suspension is a silicon beam structure etched in a silicon on insulator (SOI) wafer and is equipped with a pair of piezoelectric transducers obtained from a lead zirconate titanante thin film sandwiched between pairs of electrodes. High performance transducers allow application of the active isolation strategy and demonstrate the possibility to implement skyhook damping with low-voltage control level.     

实数自适应并行遗传算法的研究*

针对遗传算法中的早收敛现象,提出了一种实数自适应并行遗传算法（real adaptive parallel genetic algorithm,RAPGA）。该算法采用了一种并行遗传进化结构,并将自适应交叉、变异算子引入到本算法中,增强和保持了种群的多样性。最后,通过与其他经典优化遗传算法进行比较显示,RAPGA对多个标准测试函数均表现出较好的搜索性能。     

The Uneven Rate of the Molecular Evolution of Gene Sequences of DNA-Dependent RNA Polymerase I of the Genus Lamium L

RNA polymerase type I (plastid-encoded polymerase, PEP) is one of the key chloroplast enzymes. However, the rpo genes that encode its subunits (rpoA, rpoB, rpoC1 and rpoC2) are relatively rapidly evolving sequences. The aim of this study was to investigate the rate of the molecular evolution of rpo genes and to evaluate them as phylogenetic markers on the example of the genus Lamium L. (Lamiaceae). The analyzed genes were shown to differ in the level of variation, rate of intragenic mutations, phylogenetic informativeness, and in the impact of these mutations on the properties of encoded peptides. Destabilizing effects of the positive pressure were observed in all genes examined coding for PEP enzyme. We have demonstrated the relationship between mutations fixed by positive selection and the separation of phylogenetic lines within the genus Lamium. The study showed also that the rpo genes were reliable phylogenetic markers, useful in the reconstruction of interconnections of species belonging to the same genus. Of the four tested genes, the most promising phylogenetic marker was rpoA gene, while the least useful gene appeared to be rpoC1.

自适应神经模糊推理系统在倒立摆控制中的应用

针对单级倒立摆系统具有多变量、非线性、绝对不稳定的特点,应用Matlab/Simulink设计了用于倒立摆系统的、基于自适应神经模糊推理系统的ANFIS控制器,采用反向传播算法和最小二乘算法的混合算法对倒立摆控制样本数据进行学习,调整各变量的隶属度函数,自动产生模糊规则.仿真结果表明,ANFIS控制器对倒立摆系统的摆杆角度和小车位置的控制过程具有良好的动态性能和稳态性能.     

Contribution to the design of robotized tele-echography system

This paper introduces the design of a master-slave robotized system for tele-ultrasound application. The objective of these researches is to design the slave manipulator of this system and its control device (master part). The specification process of the architecture kinematic is based on the analysis of expert’s gesture during ultrasound examinations. These studies have been carried out using a motion capture system. The medical gestures were analyzed in terms of ultrasound probe attitude and used in the definition of the kinematics specifications of the proposed manipulator. The Spherical Parallel Mechanism is selected because its characteristics meet the constraint requirements. The optimal synthesis of spherical parallel manipulators is performed using a real-coded Genetic Algorithm based method. Simulations on the actuator responses of the structure allowed us the validate it. In order to control this robot, we have also designed a haptic device that provides easiness to use as well as force feedback. Its orientation control strategy is based on a use of an adaptative kalman filter which efficiency was demonstrated during experimentations.     

用于带钢卷取温度控制的自适应模型

在自适应控制技术的基础上，针对宝山钢铁集团公司热轧厂层流冷却系统的特殊工艺环境建立了一种自适应温降模型，以克服传统解析模型预 定精度低的缺点。冷却控制结果表明，这种具有自适应能力的温降模型是一种可用于控制不确定的复杂过程的理想模型。     

强混沌噪声背景下弱信号检测

提出了一种强混沌噪声中检测微弱正弦信号的新方法。该方法主要利用了数据平滑处理和自适应处理,故在硬件设计上容易实现。计算机仿真实验结果表明：能够比较精确地检测到强混沌噪声中的微弱信号,检测到微弱信号的信噪比可达到-80dB。     

老旧办公建筑的空间适应性改造

目前我国尚有大量的建成时间较早的办公建筑,由于当时的条件限制,它们存在着诸多与现代办公要求不相适应的问题.针对老旧办公建筑的现状以及新的功能需求,提出了几种可行的适应性改造方式和方法,既能使其使用寿命得以延续,同时也能更好地适应现代办公的需要.     

自适应p坚持时隙ALOHA近似算法性能分析

动态频谱共享通信系统(DSSCS)的分布式网络中使用p坚持时隙ALOHA作为媒体接入控制协议,MAC驱动不支持浮点运算。分析了动态自适应p坚持算法的工作原理,并针对该算法中需要进行对数运算的问题,提出了二进制移位和泰勒级数展开两种近似处理算法。对近似算法对系统性能的影响进行了数值计算和仿真测试,结果表明,该近似算法在降低了运算复杂度的基础上,能获得接近于p坚持理论算法相近的性能。
