孔销式针摆行星传动研究

摘    要:提出了孔销式针摆行星传动机构.分析研究了该机构的传动原理和传动结构.推导出了传动比计算公式,建立了齿廓方程,给出了齿廓曲率半径计算公式和齿廓出现尖点的条件.该传动避免了孔销式渐开线行星齿轮传动的齿廓干涉问题,传动比范围大.根据这种机构可设计出大传动比的减速器和齿轮减速链轮等其它传动元件.

Abstract:A novel pin-cycloid gear planetary drive with a pin-hole translation mechanism was designed.The mechanism and configuration of the drive were introduced.The formula of gear ratio and parametric equations of tooth profiles were given.The conditions of the singularity of tooth profiles were discussed.Compared to the involute gear planetary drive with a pin-hole translation mechanism,this drive has no interference of tooth profiles,but wide range of gear ratio.Based on this drive,speed reducer and gear-sprocket reducer characterized with compact construction,small size,light weight,ease manufacture,low cost.
