一株去除玉米赤霉烯酮酵母的初步研究

摘    要:确定了一株具有玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEA)去除能力的菌株CLY01.CLY01酵母在添加了ZEA的培养基中进行发酵,采用HPLC法检测发酵醪中ZEA的浓度,发现该菌株发酵96h后,培养基中的ZEA浓度从3.893mg/L降低为0.125mg/L,ZEA去除率达到96.79%.该菌株具有高效去除玉米赤霉烯酮的能力.

Abstract:A zearalenone(ZEA) elimination yeast CLY01 had been identified. CLY01 yeast was fermented in the culture medium which contained ZEA.It' s found that the concentration of ZEA falls from 3.893mg/L to 0.125mg/L after 96h fermentation detected by HPLC method. The elimination rate was 96.79%. The result indicated that the yeast stain CLY01 had the capacity of zearalenone elimination.
