| 摘 要： | 在对黄山市茶叶产业调查的基础上，介绍了黄山市茶叶产业的概况，并以黄山毛峰为例，分析黄山市茶叶产业链结构和面临的问题。通过分析黄山毛峰的平均价格和平均产量，发现产业链上茶农所得利润仅占总利润的18％。最后提出了相关建议以解决茶叶产业链上出现的主要问题。

| Abstract: | Based on field survey, Huangshan tea industry was analyzed. Taking Huangshan Mao Feng as an example, structure and problems of Huangshan tea industry were analyzed. It is found out that farmers on the industry chain shared only 18% of profits. Some recom- mendations to resolve problems in the tea industry chain were put forward. |
