维修仿真中虚拟人动作数据库的研究与实现

摘    要:通过在维修仿真中引入虚拟人技术,可以提高场景的逼真性、真实感,还有利于充分考虑人机工效学因素,这就要求实现对虚拟维修人员的动作控制与仿真。该文提出了一种基于过程分段和分层设计思想的虚拟人动作库,该动作库主要由动作层和动素层组成;基于位置/变迁Petri网设计并实现了动素层,基于面向对象的技术设计并实现了动作层,涵盖了绝大多数虚拟人执行维修操作的动作,基本满足了维修仿真的需求。最后,基于人体建模与仿真平台Jack,设计实现了一个电子舱的维修仿真实例,仿真和实验结果表明了所提方法简便易行,能够满足维修仿真的要求。

Abstract:There has been an increased demand for simulating and modeling virtual human within maintenance simulation scene, which allow for immersion, reality and ergonomics in the synthetic environment. How to control and simulate virtual maintenance personnel becomes a key issue. This paper presents a Virtual Human's Action Database which mainly consists of action unit level and motion element level, and is designed to control and simulate virtual human's behavior. Motion elements are designed and realized with place/transition Petri net, and action units are realized with the OOP method. At last, a case study of electronic controller repair is designed and conducted. The results of simulation experiments indicate the effectiveness and usability of the proposed method.
