摘    要:分析了目前电力系统的“防污”工作措施和绝缘子污秽的测量方法,提出了测量绝缘子表面泄漏电流监测系统结构,以此为基础研制了一种新型变电站绝缘子在线监测系统。论述了监测系统的构成、技术特点和污秽判断依据。以陕西秦岭电厂现场运行的历史数据和污秽报警前2S绝缘子表面泄漏电流的实时波形为例,验证了该系统可正确判断绝缘子的运行状况。运行检修人员通过污秽在线监测系统对温湿度、电流、脉冲的监测,借助专家诊断软件的分析对比,就可以结合实际的运行经验,判断出绝缘子的积污状况。

Abstract:Common methods of measuring insulator contamination and avoiding flashover in power system are analyzed,and a new online monitoring system of insulator contamination in substations is introduced in terms of its composition,technical features and pollution criterion.The accuracy of the system in judging the operation status of insulators is validated using the historical operational data and the real-time oscillograph of insulator leakage current at 2 s before a contamination alarm in Shaanxi Qinling Power Plant.Using the system to monitor the temperature,humidity,current and impulse,and making comparative analysis by the aid of expert diagnostic software,operators can determine the pollution levels of insulators in combination with their experience.
