摘    要:某黄金公司含氰尾矿中氰化物及重金属含量较高,采用因科法-亚铁盐联合工艺对其进行无害化处理,并对试验条件进行了优化。结果表明:最佳试验参数为焦亚硫酸钠用量15 g/L,催化剂硫酸铜用量0. 125 g/L,气液比400∶1,反应pH值7. 5~8. 0,反应时间3 h,硫酸亚铁用量15. 0 g/L,处理后的含氰尾矿滤渣毒性浸出液中的总氰化合物和砷质量浓度均低于HJ 943-2018《黄金行业氰渣污染控制技术规范》要求。

Abstract:Combined inco-ferrite process is used for the detoxification of the cyanide tailings from a gold mine,which contains high content of cyanide and heavy metals,and experimental conditions are optimized. The results show that the optimal test parameters are as follows: sodium metabisulfite addition is 15 g/L,copper sulfate catalyst addition is 0. 125 g/L,gas-liquid ratio is 400 ∶ 1,reaction pH value is 7. 5-8. 0,reaction time is 3 h,ferrous sulfate addition is 15. 0 g/L. The concentration of the total cyanide and arsenic in the toxic leach solution from the treated cyanide tailings meets the standards according to HJ 943-2018 Technical Specification for Pollution Control of Cyanide Leaching Residue in Gold Industry.
