高压消解-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定植物样品中的砷、锑

摘    要:采用断续流动进样氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定植物样品中砷、锑的含量,分析测定准确性的影响因素,选择合适的仪器工作条件、还原剂浓度、介质和载流酸度等;在选定的测定条件下,砷、锑的检出限分别为0.05ug/L和0.06ug/L,精密度为0.4%和0.5%,砷、锑的回收率分别在98%~102%和96%~104%之间。

Abstract:The content of arsenic and antimony in the plant sample are determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry with step-flow injection technology.This paper analyzes influencing factors of determination accuracy,then choosing proper working conditions of instrument,reductant concentration,acidity of sample solution and carrier liquid.Under the optimal condition,the detection limits of arsenic and antimony are 0.05 and 0.06,precision are 0.4% and 0.5%,the recoveries of arsenic and antimony ar...
