冬瓜山铜矿硫铁矿选矿新工艺研究

摘    要:在硫铁矿工艺矿物学基础上,对冬瓜山铜矿石进行选矿新工艺研究。自主研发了环保型新型活化剂,可以完全取代硫酸,大大提高了硫铁矿的回收率。采用先磁选后浮选的工艺流程,可大大提高磁精矿的品位。并自主研发了磁选分散剂,使矿浆充分分散,便于分离磁性矿物。在试验室试验的基础上进行了闭路试验和工业试验。工业试验结果表明,硫精矿的品位由原来的31.5%提高到35.8%,硫总回收率由原来的25%提高到55%,创造了良好的经济效益和环境效益。

Abstract:Based on the mineralogical characteristics of pyrite,a novel mineral processing technique was introduced to treat Dongguashan copper ore.A new type of activator was developed independently,and this environment-friendly reagent can thoroughly replace sulfide acid,and improve significantly the pyrite recovery.When a flowsheet of magnetic separation-flotation was adopted,the grade of concentrate from magnetic separation can be largely increased.A dispersant for magnetic separation was developed independently a...
