| 摘 要： | 在试验室条件下,用色谱柱分离主要产物,再用气象色谱法控制反应进度,制备出一种高浓度的新型硫化矿捕收剂PLQ1。以江西某铜矿的铜矿石为矿样,进行浮选试验,对比了PLQ1和酯-105 2种药剂的捕收效果。发现在相同流程和药剂用量下PLQ1比酯-105浮选回收率提高了3.96%,精矿品位上升了1.22%。结果表明,新型脂类药剂PLQ1能有效的提高选矿的针对性,选矿效率提高了3.91%。
