内蒙古某高硫磁铁矿复合活化—脱硫浮选试验研究

摘    要:以内蒙古某高硫磁铁矿为原料,通过浮选脱硫试验,主要研究了单用Cu SO4作活化剂以及柠檬酸、草酸、Na2S分别与Cu SO4同时使用对浮选脱硫效果的影响。结果表明,四种活化剂中先加柠檬酸后加Cu SO4活化浮选脱硫效果最佳,铁精矿中硫含量可由0.81%降至0.21%,Na2S+Cu SO4复合活化次之,草酸+Cu SO4复合活化和Cu SO4单一活化效果最差。

Experimental Research on Complex Activation-Desulfurization Flotation of an Inner Mongolia High Sulfur-contained Magnetite

Abstract:Inner Mongolia High Sulfur-contained Magnetite was studied as the raw material through desulfurization flotation. The desulfurization effects of activators including CuSO4 and citric acid, oxalic acid and Na2S respectively combined with CuSO4 were comparatively investigated The result shows: among the four kinds of activators, citric acid+CuSO4 has the best desulfurization effect, which decreases the sulfur content of iron concentrate from 0.81% to 0.21%; Na2S+CuSO4 has a lower activating effect, oxalic acid+ CuSO4 and CuSO4 barely have no activating effect.
