硫化机热工管路双排双抽改造

摘    要:为解决硫化胶囊泄压慢导致硫化机无法开模以及轮胎过硫的问题,研究过热水硫化工艺硫化机热工管路改造方案。设计了3种改造方案:在硫化机进路增加0 MPa热水排,在硫化机进路增加抽真空,在硫化机进路同时增加0 MPa热水排和抽真空。结果表明:在硫化机进路同时增加0 MPa热水排和抽真空,泄压量明显提升,硫化机开模前硫化胶囊内的压力能够全部排净,改进效果最好;硫化机可以自动开模,单机生产效率提高,轮胎过硫问题得到解决。

Double Row and Double Pumping Transformation of Curing Press Thermal Pipeline

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of slow pressure relief of curing bladder,which led to the failure of curing press mold opening and tire over vulcanization,thermal pipeline of the curing press using superheated water curing process was studied.Three transformation schemes were designed:adding 0 MPa hot water discharge in the curing press route,adding vacuum pumping in the curing press route,and adding both 0 MPa hot water discharge and vacuum pumping.The results showed that with the addition of both 0 MPa hot water discharge and vacuum pumping,the pressure in the curing bladder could be completely discharged before the mold opening of the curing press,and the effect of the improvement was the best.With the transformation,the mold could be opened automatically,the production efficiency of the single curing press was improved,and the problem of over vulcanization was solved.
