增量式编码器自动检测系统

摘    要:为减少增量式编码器检测的复杂度,提高检测精度和检测效率,实现增量式编码器的自动检测,设计了便携式增量式编码器自动检测系统。首先,利用直流电机带动被检编码器搭建了增量式编码器自动检测硬件系统,并利用驱动电路控制电机匀速转动。然后,利用Cortex.M3内核的STM32F107芯片设计了编码器误差采集电路,完成对编码器全周输出数据正交性、均匀性和幅值的采集;最后,通过计算与比较,将编码器旋转全周内输出信号误差的最大值和幅值显示在液晶显示屏上。自动检测系统调速范围在30—110r/min,且具有轻巧易于携带、测量简便、检测速度快、检测结果准确及显示直观等优点,非常适合在现场对编码器进行调试。经过实验,系统能够准确的检测出精度为40”的增量式编码器输出信号的误差。

Abstract:To reduce the complexity of incremental encoder detection, increase the accuracy and the efficiency of detection, and achieve auto-detection of incremental encoder, the paper designed an auto-detection system of incremental encoder. First, the hardware is built by using brushless DC motor, and makes the motor turn constantly by designing a drive circuit. Secondly, error acquisition circuit is designed with the chip of STM32F107 which is using Cortex-M3, to achieve the acquisition of encoder's whole cycle data. At last, the system displays the maximal error of the encoder's whole cycle signal data onto LCD by calculations and compare. The speed range of auto-detection system is 30--110r/min, and the system is easy to take and use, fast to detect. Its detection result is exact, and display directly. It is suit to use at locale to debug the encoder. Experimentally, the system can detect the signal of incremental encoder which exceeds 40"accurately.
