注塑模流道系统集成设计技术研究

摘    要:通过总结注塑模流道系统的设计知识,结合基于特征的设计、专家系统技术和CAE分析工具,对流道系统进行完整全面的设计,利用专家系统进行流道和浇口的初始设计,采用CAE工具C-MOLD和评价目标函数,进行流道和浇口的优化设计,并总结流道和浇 形状特征,最终建立流道系统的特征和实体模型,这一方法已较好地应用于构造新一代注塑模设计制造系统中。

Abstract:A complete design strategy for injection mold runner system is proposed in this paper. The runner system design knowledge is comprehensively collected,the expert system is used for the initial design of the runner and the gates. The C MOLD and an evaluated object function are used in optimal design of runner system and the form feature database of runner and gate is used to construct runner system feature model. The method has been used in a new generation of injection mold design and manufacturing system.
