基于Web服务的E-Learning系统设计与实现

目前,无线网络正在迅速发展,2.5G无线网络已经投入实际应用,3G无线网络也正在酝酿之中,而且移动设备的性能也在不断增强.E-Learning充分利用现代信息技术所提供的具有全新沟通机制与丰富资源的学习环境,通过互联网或其他数字化媒体进行学习与教学活动,实现了一种全新的学习方式.因此,系统借助.NET平台,利用Web Service技术低成本地实现不同应用系统之间的松耦合,设计和实现了一个能应用在无线移动设备上的支持实时语音交流的移动学习系统.
