摘    要:本文提出了一种基于GPRS/GPS/GTV-100的移动多媒体应急指挥系统。系统采用GPS动态定位、GPRS双向数据传输、GTV-100微波设备实时传输音和视频;采用无线通讯和控制,保证了系统的灵活性和机动性。文中对指挥系统的组成及原理进行了介绍,对如何应用Motorola G20模块构建GPRS网络通信及控制中心通信模块的设计进行了阐述;最后分析说明明了如何采用G20、GSU-36和GTV-100进行车载移动终端的硬件设计实现。不同环境下进行的大量实地测试表明,系统工作稳定,效果良好。

Abstract:This paper puts forward a mobile multimedia emergency command system based on GPRS/GPS/ GTV-100. The system includes the dynamic orientation through GPS,the bidirectional data transmission through GPRS and the real-time audio/video transmission through the GTV-100 microwave devices.Using wireless communications and control makes the system flexible and mobile. This paper introduces the constitution and the working principle of the command system. Then this paper expatiates the realization of GPRS communications using the Motorola G20 module and the design of the communications module of the command control center. Finally the paper studies and explains how to design and implement the hardware of the mobile unit using G20, GSU-36 and GTV-100. A lot of tests under different environments show that this system has good effect.
