摘    要:对茶叶中溴虫腈残留量进行检测。样品经乙腈提取后采用自动固相萃取方式过石墨化碳黑柱和中性氧化铝柱净化;定量分析采用气相色谱一电子俘获检测器(ECD)进行检测。检测结果:最低检测限为0.005mg/kg;茶叶中残留的溴虫腈试验精密度为4.7%~5.6%;茶叶中残留的溴虫腈的残留浓度在0.005mg/kg-0.02mg/kg时,回收率范围为88.5%~109.8%。

Abstract:In this paper, a method for determination of Chlorfenapyr in tea by GC-ECD was described. Samples were cleaned up with auto solid phase extraction and determined by GC using ECD-detector. The detection limits were 0.005 mg/kg, recoveries and RSDs of the method were 88.5 %-109.8 %and 4.7 %-5.6 % at this concentration. The method described has high efficiency and sensitivity with good stability and veracity.
