摘    要:蒽醌和高氯酸盐是近几年茶叶中出现的新型污染物,对我国茶叶出口和消费者饮用造成消极影响。本文对茶叶中蒽醌和高氯酸盐的检测方法和污染来源进行了讨论,以期为其风险评估和污染源的控制技术提供理论依据。

Abstract:In recent years,new contaminants such as anthraquinone and perchlorate appeared in tea,which has imposed negative impact on the tea export of China and consumption of tea drinkers.In order to provide theoretical basis for their risk evaluations and control methods of pollutant sources,this paper mainly discussed the determination methods and sources of anthraquinone and perchlorate in tea.
