摘    要:南极磷虾作为一种重要的海洋生物资源受到了广泛关注。由于南极磷虾产业面临的巨大成本压力,迫切要求南极磷虾进行全面、深度地开发利用。南极磷虾甲壳素作为南极磷虾的重要组分之一,因其良好的功能特性和巨大的生物资源量展现出独特的应用潜力而倍受瞩目。本文综述了南极磷虾甲壳素的结构特征、理化特性、制备方法、生物活性和应用方面的研究进展,旨在为南极磷虾甲壳素的深度开发利用提供参考,促进南极磷虾产业的全面、可持续发展。

Abstract:Antarctic Krill, as an important marine living resource, has attracted extensive attention. Due to the huge cost pressure of Antarctic krill industry, it is urgent for the Antarctic krill to be fully developed and deeply utilized. As one of the important components of Antarctic krill, chitin from Antarctic krill has attracted much attention in different fields due to its excellent functional properties and its unique application potential due to its huge biological resources. In this paper, the structural characteristics, physical and chemical properties, preparation methods, biological activities and applications of Antarctic krill chitin are reviewed in order to provide references for the further development and utilization and promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of Antarctic krill industry.
