从米糠提取菲汀研究进展

摘    要:米糠富含多种营养物质,其中菲汀在脱脂米糠中含量较高,达10%~11%。该文对从米糠中提取菲汀方法进行综述,分别介绍酸萃取碱中和法、二浸一洗提取法、酶法、超声波酸浸法、微波辅助法等方法。

Abstract:There were so many valuable substances in the rice bran,phytin,one of them,was 10%~11% of defatted rice bran. In this article,the methods of extracting phytin from rice bran were summarized. And the methods of acid leaching alkaline neutralization,second soaking–a wash extraction,enzymatic extraction,ultrasoic extraction,microwave–asisted extraction were introduced.
