The scope of this research is a problem of parameters identification of a linear time-invariant plant, which (1) input signal is not frequency-rich, (2) is subjected to initial conditions and external disturbances. The memory regressor extension (MRE) scheme, in which a specially derived differential equation is used as a filter, is applied to solve the above-stated problem. Such a filter allows us to obtain a bounded regressor value, for which a condition of the initial excitation (IE) is met. Using the MRE scheme, the recursive least-squares method with the forgetting factor is used to derive an adaptation law. The following properties have been proved for the proposed approach. If the IE condition is met, then: (1) the parameter error of identification is bounded and converges to zero exponentially (if there are no external disturbances) or to a set (in the case of them) with an adjustable rate, (2) the parameters adaptation rate is a finite value. The above-mentioned properties are mathematically proved and demonstrated via simulation experiments.  相似文献

Small amount of TiB2 (<5 wt%) was added into B4C through a novel method that combines the use of sputter deposition and hot pressing. Sputter deposition provided more uniform dispersion of TiB2 grains with smaller grain sizes as compared to the conventional particulate mixing. Small amount TiB2 addition demonstrated to be an effective way for improving the fracture behavior and toughness of B4C while not sacrificing its outstanding lightweight property to a large extent: 2.3 wt% TiB2 addition brought 15% improvement in indentation fracture toughness while resulting in less than 2% increase in density. The improvement can be attributed to the combination of crack impeding by TiB2 grains and crack deflection at the B4C–TiB2 interfaces. TiB2 also played as grain growth inhibitor resulting in a slight increase (2%) in Vickers hardness. Another intention of employing sputter deposition was to modify the grain boundary of B4C; however, neither formation of Ti-containing phase nor Ti segregation has been observed at grain boundaries likely due to the poor wettability of B4C.  相似文献

Growing interest in extracellular vesicles (EVs) has prompted the advancements of protocols for improved EV characterization. As a high-throughput, multi-parameter, and single particle technique, flow cytometry is widely used for EV characterization. The comparison of data on EV concentration, however, is hindered by the lack of standardization between different protocols and instruments. Here, we quantified EV counts of platelet-derived EVs, using two flow cytometers (Gallios and CytoFLEX LX) and nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA). Phosphatidylserine-exposing EVs were identified by labelling with lactadherin (LA). Calibration with silica-based fluorescent beads showed detection limits of 300 nm and 150 nm for Gallios and CytoFLEX LX, respectively. Accordingly, CytoFLEX LX yielded 40-fold higher EV counts and 13-fold higher counts of LA+CD41+ EVs compared to Gallios. NTA in fluorescence mode (F-NTA) demonstrated that only 9.5% of all vesicles detected in scatter mode exposed phosphatidylserine, resulting in good agreement of LA+ EVs for CytoFLEX LX and F-NTA. Since certain functional characteristics, such as the exposure of pro-coagulant phosphatidylserine, are not equally displayed across the entire EV size range, our study highlights the necessity of indicating the size range of EVs detected with a given approach along with the EV concentration to support the comparability between different studies.  相似文献

The paper presents the results of investigating the instability of the displacement of viscous fluid by a less viscous one in two-dimensional and three-dimensional porous specimens. The effects of the three-dimensional phenomena on development of instability are revealed, in particular, the faster growth of 3D disturbances as compared with 2D ones, while 2D displacement integral parameters (such as the outflow of the displacing fluid) have much higher deviations than those parameters obtained in 3D modelling. This can be explained by much higher number of fingers in 3D cases of displacement reaching the outflow surface, and by the subsequent compensation of disturbances in the overall outflow.  相似文献

The effect of ionizing radiation on the characteristics of silicon-germanium microwave ICs has been experimentally studied. Radiation tolerance criteria have been established and absolute tolerance levels of the SiGe ICs to dose and pulse ionizing radiation have been determined. A mathematical model of the coupled heat and mass transfer in an adsorbent layer was developed to study the effect of a non-adsorbable gas (air, hydrogen) on kinetics of water adsorption on loose grains of the composite adsorbent SWS-1L (silica modified by calcium chloride). The adsorbent monolayer was placed on the surface of an isothermal metal plate at T = 60 °C and equilibrated with the mixture of water vapor at constant P = 10.3 mbar in the presence of the non-adsorbable gas at a variable partial pressure PA = 0.06–14.3 mbar. After that the metal plate is subjected to a temperature drop down to 35 °C that initiates water adsorption. It is shown that the adsorption of water causes effective gas sweeping to the surface where it was accumulated as a gas-rich layer. This results in dramatic slowing down of the adsorption and heat transfer processes.  相似文献

The Autonomous Province of Vojvodina is an autonomous province in the Republic of Serbia. It is located in the northern part of the country, in the Pannonia plain. Vojvodina is an energy-deficient province. The average yearly quantity of the cellulose wastes in Vojvodina amounts to about 9 millions tons barely in the agriculture, and the same potential on the level of Serbia is estimated to almost 13 million tons. Only minor part of straw is utilized, and almost two-thirds are incinerated on fields owing to the problems during plowing under. The large sector in Serbia utilizes only about 15% of straw, while the individual one utilizes about 50% of straw and 20% of cornstalks. Environment pollutions, abandonment of the utilization of at least of one-third of the yield and extermination of the natural resources, primarily of humus, represent very adverse results of such procedures. Main problems with respect to the profitable usage of straw and other post-harvest residues are high expenses of their collection (collecting, balling or some other manner of compression), transportation from production- to the usage cites, as well as their handling and storaging. The agricultural production in Serbia should be based on the system of farms. For the efficient farming, it is obvious to organize life of producer and of his family immediately close to the production capacities. For the agriculture development, it is obvious to create a system of premiums, efficient crediting and the elaborated tax system that could create a basis for the certitude of work, confidence and constant growth of production, together with the mentioned and other measures. As the result of the activities oriented to substitution of the classical energents with energy obtained from biomass, farm that is in a higher degree energetically independent should be created. In such case, farms should apply the basic principles of the cleaner manufacturing, as an integral part of the concept of the sustainable development.  相似文献

One of the numerous challenges awaiting Serbia in the process of European integration is the increase in use of renewable sources of energy. The reason for such an increase is not merely a formal acceptance of European goals but the high energy import dependence, a relatively developed agricultural sector, with insufficiently exploited potentials of biomass, accompanied by an ever-growing awareness of the need for establishing long-lasting sustainable development. Serbia has a relatively undeveloped livestock sector which can absorb a limited portion of the biomass produced. Additionally, insufficient awareness on the part of farmers and the preconception of the low cost-effectiveness of biomass utilisation for the purpose of energy production are factors which, unsurprisingly, contribute to the current practice of burning the largest portion of the biomass produced on site, which is economically and ecologically unacceptable. This paper analyses the amounts of biomass available in Serbia and the prospects of its economically viable utilisation. The cost analysis conducted indicates that the energy obtained from small rectangular straw bales (the most widespread way of utilisation), is less costly by 28%, than the energy obtained from coal, whereas the energy obtained from round bales is cheaper by 34%. Sensitivity analysis has shown that the results obtained are relatively resistant to price changes in the most important inputs. The sensitivity is higher towards the efficiency of the machinery used; therefore, insistent efforts should be made for creating conditions where the introduction of more up-to-date technical solutions, already existing in developed countries, will become feasible.  相似文献

The convective fluid flows with an interface are modeled using the classical Oberbeck–Boussinesq model of convection. The three dimensional solutions for the infinite domains with fixed heat-insulated boundaries and with the interface under action of a longitudinal temperature gradient are studied. Construction of the solutions for the flows of two immiscible fluids in a channel with a rectangular cross-section is carried out using a complete problem statement. The kinematic and dynamic conditions are prescribed at the interface. The additional condition of continuity of the tangential velocities, the conditions of continuity of temperature and of the thermal fluxes are assumed to be fulfilled on the interface. In the present paper the fluid flows are studied in the stationary case under conditions of gravity and microgravity. To investigate this problem numerically an iteration algorithm is introduced. This algorithm is based on a finite difference scheme (the alternating direction method) and it allows to find all the components of velocity for both phases and temperature distributions. The examples of flows which can be characterized as a combination of the translational and progressively rotational types of motion are presented.  相似文献
