Optical design of the Lyman alpha based beam emission spectroscopy(LAB)diagnostic on the HL-2A tokamak

In this article, we present the optical design of a novel diagnostic on the HL-2 A tokamak, i.e. the20-channel edge Lyman-alpha beam emission spectroscopy, which is a promising solution for edge density turbulence research on tokamaks, as it offers the possibility of density fluctuation measurement with a 3.3 mm spatial resolution while maintains a high temporal resolution of1 μs. The optical path, including the reflective collection optics, the high-dispersion spectrometer, and the linear detector array, is carefully optimized to obtain a good image quality and a high throughput. The maximum root mean square radius of the collection optics is 64 μm.The detected photon flux is estimated to be about 10~(11) photons/s/channel.     

传统牦牛酸奶源高产胞外多糖乳酸菌特性及发酵性能

为了研究四川藏区传统牦牛酸奶中高产胞外多糖乳酸菌特性及发酵性能，以本实验室分离出的六株高产胞外多糖乳酸菌为研究对象，以菌株生长量、耐酸性、胆盐耐受力、渗透压耐受力和细胞表面疏水性为指标进行特性研究；以发酵酸奶的凝乳时间、持水力、酸化及后酸化能力、挥发性物质及质构等为指标进行发酵性能研究。菌株的生长曲线表明，6株菌株分别在14 h（218、276、266）、16 h（271、285、231）进入对数生长稳定期，其中编号218的菌株生长量最高，OD值为2.188。耐受性实验结果表明，菌株276具有良好的耐酸能力（P<0.05）；菌株266、218、231耐胆盐的能力较强；6株菌株均具有较好的耐渗透压的能力，其中菌株285对高渗透压的耐受性较强；菌株285和218在两种有机试剂中的疏水性均显著（P<0.05）高于其他菌株，且与十六烷的结合效果较好。发酵试验结果表明，6株菌株所发酵酸奶均在6~8 h内凝固，酸乳在冷藏期间，活菌数均保持在107 CFU/mL以上，均符合发酵剂的标准，其中菌株276的最高为3.22×106 CFU/mL；菌株218发酵制得的酸奶质构特性较好，持水力和酸化能力较其余菌株均最强，分别为60.98%和83 °T；菌株276、266抗后酸化能力较好；菌株231产香性能最优，乙醛含量为24~26 μg/mL，双乙酰含量为1.58~3.73 μg/mL，能够明显改善酸奶的风味。通过综合比较6株高产胞外多糖乳酸菌特性及发酵性能，菌株218为一株性能良好、具有良好稳定性的菌株，可作为乳酸菌发酵剂且具有一定的应用潜力。研究为利用四川藏区传统牦牛酸奶中分离出的高产胞外多糖乳酸菌在发酵乳制品的应用提供理论依据。     

基于禁忌搜索的晶体位置谱分割与校准方法

为满足不同规格晶体探测器对分割校准晶体条响应事件位置数据的需求，开发了一种以禁忌搜索算法为核心，结合UDP数据帧、二维高斯模型及光导折射率的位置信息分割校准方法。实验结果表明，本方法在溢出率为5%时，峰谷比可达1218，空间分辨率达17 mm，晶体条响应位置识别准确度高达99%，滤除了引发伪峰的噪声，避免了过分割问题。在面对多种规格晶体阵列的位置谱时，本方法能依照阵列规格将晶体条区域的响应自动校准编号并输出晶体位置查找表，实现响应事件的精确校准。     

Trimetallic NiFeCr-LDH/MoS2composites as novel electrocatalyst for OER

The development of efficient and stable oxygen evolution reaction (OER) catalysts is an ongoing challenge. In order to solve the problem of low oxygen evolution efficiency of the current OER catalysts, a novel material was synthesized by the incorporation of NiFeCr-LDH and MoS₂, and its structural and electrochemical properties were also investigated. The introduction of MoS₂ improves the electrochemical performance of NiFeCr-LDH. The polarization curve shows that the potential of composite material is only 1.50 V at a current density of 10 mA cm^?2, which is far superior to commercial precious metal catalysts. In addition, the stability experiment shows that the composite material has excellent stability, and the current density has little change after 500 cycles. Furthermore, we found that some metal ions, such as Ni, Cr and Mo, exist in the form of high valence on the surface of NiFeCr-LDH@MoS₂, which is also conducive to the occurrence of oxygen evolution reaction.     

超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时检测糕点中6种甜味剂

目的建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定糕点中6种常用合成甜味剂的分析方法。方法选用超纯水作为提取溶剂,涡旋和超声提取后,低温离心,取部分上清液加入正己烷除脂,Waters Atlantis■T3色谱柱、甲醇-5 mmol/L甲酸铵(含0.1%甲酸)作为流动相、亲水亲脂平衡型固相萃取柱HLB(hydrophile-lipophile balance)净化。结果6种甜味剂在质量浓度为10~200 ng/mL的曲线范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r均大于0.999,平均加标回收率在85.0%-98.2%之间,相对平均偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为1.3%~6.7%。结论该方法具有前处理简单、灵敏度高、检测速度快等优点,适合糖精钠、甜蜜素、三氯蔗糖、阿斯巴甜、阿力甜、纽甜的检测,但不适用于安赛蜜的检测。     

金针菇多糖对微冻大黄鱼及其鱼片品质变化的影响

为研究金针菇多糖（polysaccharide from Flammulina velutipes，FVP）对微冻大黄鱼及鱼片在贮藏期间肌原纤维蛋白性质的变化及水分分布的影响，实验分别选用0.03、0.06、0.09 g/L FVP浸渍处理大黄鱼和鱼片，以无菌水处理为对照组，分析微冻贮藏期间样品的感官指标得分、总挥发性盐基氮含量、总巯基含量、Ca2＋-ATPase活性、蛋白流变学性质以及水分迁移变化规律。结果表明：FVP可有效抑制整鱼总挥发性盐基氮含量上升和感官得分的下降；减缓整鱼及鱼片在微冻过程中总巯基含量、Ca2＋-ATPase活性下降和水分流失；此外FVP还能够延缓大黄鱼因腐败而出现的蛋白凝胶能力减弱。在本实验选取的多糖浓度范围内，0.09 g/L FVP处理组保鲜效果较强。该研究结果可为FVP用于水产品贮运保鲜提供理论参考。     

药物相互作用研究在新药研发和审评决策中的应用

药物相互作用改变了剂量效应关系，可能会降低疗效或增加毒性，是临床应用中合并用药治疗时重要的考虑因素。预测具有临床意义的药物相互作用是药物研发过程中获益风险评估的重要环节。本文概述了药物研发过程中药物相互作用研究的目的和意义，体内和体外研究的主要内容；梳理分析了2020年国家药品监督管理局（National Medical Products Administration, NMPA）和美国食品药品监督管理局（Food and Drug Administration, FDA）批准上市的新药药物相互作用研究情况，旨在为我国药物研发过程中药物相互作用研究及其监管审评提供参考。     

Organic Semiconducting Luminophores for Near-Infrared Afterglow,Chemiluminescence, and Bioluminescence Imaging

Optical imaging has played a pivotal role in deciphering in vivo bioinformatics but is limited by shallow penetration depth and poor imaging performance owing to interfering tissue autofluorescence induced by concurrent photoexcitation. The emergence of near-infrared (NIR) self-luminescence imaging independent of real-time irradiation has timely addressed these problems. There are two main kinds of self-luminescent agents, namely inorganic and organic luminophores. Inorganic luminophores usually suffer from long-term biotoxicity concerns resulting from potential heavy-metal ions leakage and nonbiodegradability, which hinders their further translational application. In contrast, organic luminophores, especially organic semiconducting luminophores (OSLs) with good biodegradable potential, tunable design, and outstanding optical properties, are preferred in biological applications. This review summarizes the recent progress of OSLs used in NIR afterglow, chemiluminescence, and bioluminescence imaging. Molecular manipulation and nanoengineering approaches of OSLs are discussed, with emphasis on strategies that can extend the emission wavelength from visible to NIR range and amplify luminescence signals. This review concludes with a discussion of current challenges and possible solutions of OSLs in the self-luminescence field.     

基于示范城市创建的食品安全治理体系研究

食品安全示范城市创建是食品安全治理体系的重要载体。本文系统性回顾食品安全治理体系相关研究,从“党政同责”、政府监管、市场主体、社会共治等四个治理主体,构建生产规范、产业转型升级等27个评价指标的治理标准,利用层次分析法实证分析了浙江省食品安全示范城市创建情况。结果表明:采用暗查暗访、现场检查、体系评估、示范引领答辩等形式,按照一定的评价流程、评价标准的食品安全示范城市创建,是实现食品安全现代化目标的重要载体。食品安全治理体系包括“治理载体—治理主体—治理标准—治理目标”。食品安全治理成效与跟踪评价、群众满意度以及体系评估高度关联。     

基于网络的决策支持系统在水资源管理中的应用

综述了决策支持系统(DSS)与基于网络的决策支持系统(Web-based DSS)在水资源管理中的应用概况,通过对二者进行比较,指出Web-based DSS具有便于系统更新维护、降低用户使用门槛、扩展用户沟通渠道等优势。对Web-based DSS涉及的基础应用开发、多源信息采集与集成、多模块并行耦合、决策效果评估等关键技术进行了分析,探讨了Web-based DSS在多源异构大数据环境下面临的问题与挑战。
