王光祈的“少年中国”理想，是以“少年意大利”为基础，汲取五四时期社会主义思潮的积极成分而形成的。创造“少年中国”在“人”的方面，是从改造中国少年入手，同时注重青年学生与平民的改造，注重劳动阶级、智识阶级与资产阶级的改造与联合；在“事”的方面，积极开展社会事业和社会活动，且必须经过社会分工与国际分工。可见，他的这种理想是典型的社会改革主张，在早期带有无政府主义色彩，自始至终具有强烈的民族主义情感。

An online technique for monitoring the insulation condition of AC machine stator windings

A novel online technique for monitoring the insulation condition of ac machine stator windings is proposed in this paper. The concept is to measure the differential leakage currents of each phase winding from the terminal box in a noninvasive manner to assess the insulation condition during motor operation. The conventional differential CTs used for phase fault protection can be replaced with high performance current sensors to measure the leakage current with higher accuracy. Indicators for insulation condition such as the capacitance and dissipation factor are calculated based on the measurements to provide a low cost solution for online insulation condition assessment. A simplified online insulation system model is derived for analysis and interpretation of the measured data. Experimental results on a 15-hp induction motor under simulated insulation degradation conditions show that the proposed technique is a very sensitive method capable of detecting incipient signs of insulation degradation.     

Advances in the management of bronchial asthma

The ultrastructure of rat precorneal tear film was visualized by the quick freezing-freeze substitution (QF-FS) method and the conventional fixative method under the scanning electron microscope (SEM). In the QF-FS method, the eyeballs of rats were quickly frozen with an isopentane-propane mixture cooled by liquid nitrogen applied directly to the eyes. After enucleating the eyes and fracturing the frozen corneas, the corneas were prepared for SEM observation. In contrast to the conventional fixative method, by which the microvilli of the surface epithelial cells could be visualized clearly, a very thin membrane-like structure was observed to cover the corneal surface in the eyes prepared by the QF-Fs method. Between the membrane-like structure and corneal surface, a homogeneous and fine network-like structure was observed. The results suggest that the structure of the tear film might be different from the one we have believed to consist of three layers until now. The QF-FS method is considered to be useful for the morphological study of the precorneal tear film.

FN型耐高温油井水泥是我公司针对辽河油田热采油井、中深油井（2500～4000m）的固井需求，研制开发的一种油井水泥新产品，该产品主要适用于井底温度在110～300℃条件下的固井施工。下面就该水泥的试验研究及生产工艺情况作一介绍。
