采用800 nm的飞秒(10~(-15) s,fs,下同)激光对湿化学法制备的金纳米球壳水溶胶进行辐照,研究辐照后金纳米球壳的形貌变化.结果表明,原来直径为20~50 nm的准球壳形纳米金粒子辐照后变为管状结构,其直径约为10 nm,长度为100~200 nm.辐照后其吸收光谱在约800 nm处的吸收峰消失,在约450 nm处出现了新的吸收峰.这种飞秒激光辐照下形貌变化的原因为:在飞秒激光辐照下产生了静电场,在电场力的作用下,相互靠近的金纳米球壳彼此链接,并沿着电场方向伸展,形成了管状结构. 相似文献

在线控制冷却技术是热轧无缝钢管领域长期以来的重点攻关方向之一。采用有限元方法和中试试验验证,开发出合理的热轧钢管控制冷却喷环结构。结合产线特点,研制出控制冷却工艺布置和工业化装备。在此基础上,开发了钢管长度方向头端、尾端和内外壁的冷却均匀化控制策略,以及提高换规格时钢管控冷命中率的动态自适应算法,进一步提高了热轧无缝钢管在线冷却过程的控温精度和温度均匀性。工业生产应用表明,上述技术及装备满足了结构管、管线管、套管的在线控温冷却和直接淬火需要,实现了高质化、短流程工业生产,取得良好效果。 相似文献

As a new attempt, equal channel angular extrusion (ECAE) of nickel–titanium shape memory alloy (NiTi SMA) tube was investigated by means of process experiment, finite element method (FEM) and microscopy. NiTi SMA tube with the steel core in it was inserted into the steel can during ECAE of NiTi SMA tube. Based on rigid-viscoplastic FEM, multiple coupled boundary conditions and multiple constitutive models were used for finite element simulation of ECAE of NiTi SMA tube, where the effective stress field, the effective strain field and the velocity field were obtained. Finite element simulation results are in good accordance with the experimental ones. Finite element simulation results reveal that the velocity field shows the minimum value in the corner of NiTi SMA tube, where severe shear deformation occurs. Microstructural observation results reveal that severe plastic deformation leads to a certain grain orientation as well as occurrence of substructures in the grain interior and dynamic recovery occurs during ECAE of NiTi SMA tube. ECAE of NiTi SMA tube provides a new approach to manufacturing ultrafine-grained NiTi SMA tube. 相似文献

Nondestructive measurement of carburization of cracking tube and selecting carburization-resistant alloys have been of much importance in design and maintenance of such equipment as ethylene cracking heater. In this paper, the authors firstly describe the newly developed manner of measuring carburization and then report a new carburization resistant alloy which is also proved to retard coke deposition from hydrocarbon stream on tube surface. The authors studied the effects of tube metallurgy on coke deposition under the conditions simulated to ethylene cracking tube with the aim of preventing carburization and concluded that the coke deposition amount increases consistantly with increase of nickel content of alloys. Based on the above results, the authors developed a new cracking tube designated as CORET tube which has inner layer of Fe-25Cr-9Mn-3Ni alloy clad to HP tubes by centrifugal double layer casting. Those tubes were installed in commercial ethylene cracking heaters and tested for their carburization resistance, mechanical stability and process performances. The results of the field test lasting for more than three years are as follows: 1. The CORET tube proved to be carburization resistant and mechanically reliable enough for actual use. 2. Preliminary process performance data suggest some degree of coking retardation in the CORET tubes when compared with HP tubes; both operating at approximately the same conditions. 3. These data also indicate some degree of enhancement in the olefins yield, when operating at or near high severity conditions. 相似文献
