The structure of microwave fields in a discharge chamber used for obtaining electrode microwave discharge is investigated. It is shown that 3D-simulation allows quantitatively determining the optimumal structural parts of the discharge chamber for discharge generation. The represented results of self-consistent simulation of the discharge in nitrogen and hydrogen at a pressure of 1 torr are qualitatively consistent with experimental results.  相似文献

采用机械合金化方法用Ni粉和Ti粉得到了Ti3Ni2非晶合金。晶态Ti3Ni2合金初始容量比非晶合金要高。晶态合金初始容量可以达到240mAh/g。而非晶合金容量为173mAh/g。随着循环次数的增加,晶态合金放电容量呈线性下降趋势。而对于非晶电极材料来说,随着循环的进行,初始容量下降,但是达到一定循环次数以后,电极的放电容量达到基本稳定。  相似文献

真空环境内金属电极放电产生的等离子体不同于气体放电等离子体,具有特殊的性质.本实验采用持续时间为10μs,幅值约600A的指数变化的脉冲电源进行放电;运用朗缪尔探针法对放电生成的等离子体的相关参数进行测量,讨论了放电生成的等离子体的特性,分析了电极间距对放电等离子体密度的影响;同时运用AnsoftMaxwell3D仿真软件对电极间的电场分布情况进行了仿真分析.实验发现采用指数脉冲放电能生成高密度的等离子体,且生成的等离子体密度随电极间距增大而增大.  相似文献

A probe investigation is performed of the structure of electrode microwave discharge in nitrogen at a pressure from 0.5 to 2.5 torr, incident power of up to 500 W, a power of 10 to 50 W absorbed in the system, and a gas flow rate from zero to 1000 cm3/min under normal conditions. It is demonstrated that, if the discharge diameter exceeds considerably that of antenna, the discharge is a close-to-spherical formation with a clearly defined boundary. The antenna is surrounded by a bright luminous film of plasma. A considerable nonuniformity of the parameters of the electron component of plasma and of constant potentials in plasma is demonstrated. It is possible that the discharge structure is related to the existence of a region of self-maintained discharge (luminous film surrounding the electrode) and a region of semi-self-maintained discharge (spherical region). The existence of considerable constant fields in the plasma of an electrode microwave discharge is found, whose emergence may be due to a nonlinear transformation of the microwave power maintaining the discharge. The discharge is surrounded by an isotropic region with decreasing electron temperature and concentration.  相似文献

带直流电弧等离子体气相蒸发法制备球状Al纳米粒子,并对其进行了XRD、TEM以及电极的脱/嵌锂离子循环性能表征。结果表明,制备出的Al粒子大小约为100 nm,表面包覆一层厚度不到1nm的非晶氧化物。使用Al纳米粒子制做的负极极片组装电池,研究了电流密度对其电化学特性的影响。结果表明,电池的首次充放电曲线和前10次循环性能曲线表明,电流密度最小的Al电极首次放电容量最大,为951.9 mAh/g.首次容量损失也最大,其循环稳定性能也相应变差:而电流密度最大的Al电极首次放电容量为879.7mAh/g,其循环稳定性能最佳。首次放电结束后,在电极材料中出现了两种化合物AlLi和Al2Li3,与测试出的放电容量相符。  相似文献

We calculate the measured nonlocal parameters of the plasma of the positive column of direct current glow discharge in the presence of dust structures with different dust particle concentrations. The calculations are performed for typical conditions of the positive column of low-pressure glow discharge in air at which a collisional regime of maintaining discharge is achieved. The discharge plasma is described using the diffusion approximation; the flows to the surface of the dust particles are described in the orbital motion limited approximation. Calculation is carried out for micron-size particles with concentrations of up to 1011 m?3. The distribution of the dust component is assumed to be independent of the discharge parameters. Radial distributions of the plasma components and of the electric field component are obtained. The charges of dust particles for various concentrations and discharge parameters are calculated. It is demonstrated that for a certain particle concentration, the absorption efficiency of plasma particles becomes comparable with diffusion losses at the tube walls. The influence of the dust cloud on the electric field configuration at different dust particle concentrations in the cloud is analyzed. The current-voltage characteristics of the positive column of glow discharge are calculated. A higher discharge stability toward the perturbative action of dust particles at high discharge current values is demonstrated.  相似文献

微弧氧化是一种利用液相介质中阳极表面产生的等离子体放电合成氧化物陶瓷膜的技术. 本文利用微弧氧化技术在铝基复合材料表面制备了氧化铝陶瓷膜. XRD和SEM分析结果显 示, 陶瓷膜由α-Al2O3、γ-Al2O3和ε -Al2O3组成, 与基体结合效果好, 陶瓷膜表面存在大量类似火山口的等离子体放电产物, 说明陶瓷膜是 沿着放电通道生长. 陶瓷膜的最高硬度可达21GPa, 分布在距界面12μm附近; 恒电位极化实验结果显示, 经微弧氧化后的铝基复合材料拥有非常好的耐腐蚀性能.  相似文献

Formation of a diffuse discharge at a short front of voltage pulse (less than 1 ns), as well as when placing water, water solutions, and dielectric film inside the discharge, is studied. A volumetric discharge was observed in water on the anode when placing dielectric film (polyethylene, vinyl chloride-methyl methacrylate (VCMMA), etc.), water, or aqueous solutions of 3% hydrogen dioxide or 18% KMgO4 inside the discharge. The change in the absorption spectrum of substance was found after multiple discharge switching on. Fourier analysis of the infrared absorption spectra showed the difference between the spectra of exposed and unexposed polyethylene film. The changes in the absorption spectra of water, 3% hydrogen dioxide and 18% KMgO4 aqueous solutions are related with expansion of the band of valence oscillations of OH-groups without clearly expressed maxima (for the studied liquids). Therefore, volumetric diffuse discharge in molecular and atomic gases can be used in modifying dielectrics, water and aqueous solutions.  相似文献

采用高温固相熔融加压法合成LiNiO2正极材料,研究了助熔剂LiNO3的加入量和反应体系中O2压力对材料的结构和放电容量的影响.结果表明,随着LiNO3加入量的增加,产物容量先增加后减小,LiOH和LiNO3摩尔比0.9:0.1时产物结构和容量性能最佳;增大反应体系中O2压力,产物结构和放电容量均得到改善.对LiNiO2进行循环性能检测,30次循环后放电容量保持率为81.8%,晶型保持很好,相变反应特征变得明显,但是充电平台电位降低.采用交流阻抗技术计算知Li 在LizNiO2活性材料中的扩散系数在10-9cm2s-1数量级,扩散系数较大,因而在充放电过程中Li 迁移扩散更容易,材料电化学活性提高.  相似文献

A volume electric gas discharge was obtained using a pulsed inhomogeneous electric field without a preionization source in various gases (nitrogen, air, helium, neon, argon, krypton) at elevated pressures. In air at atmospheric pressure and nanosecond voltage pulses, the specific energy deposited in the gas amounted up to ∼1 J/cm3. The mechanism of the volume discharge formation is related to the appearance of fast (keV-energy) electrons emitted from plasma formations at the cathode. Fast electrons provide for the effective preionization of the gas in the interelectrode space and favor the formation of volume discharge. Under these conditions, the maximum voltage drop across the discharge gap is achieved in the quasi-stationary stage of discharge.  相似文献
