利用等离子体增强磁控溅射离子镀,先在铁基体上镀一层很薄的钛中间层,继之沉积TiN,对膜层进行俄歇电子能谱分析和透射电镜分析,结果表明,膜与基体之间有厚约50nm的过渡层,膜基界面处有FeTi相,中间层与后继膜交接处Ti2N与α-Ti有取向关系。 相似文献

研制了两种非晶态物质Cu_(50)Ti_(50),Cu_(50)Ti_(50)B作为对Si_3N_4扩散焊连接的中间层材料.研究结果表明:用非晶态作为中间层可改善工艺条件,降低扩散焊温度;非晶态中间层接头比其相应晶态中间层接头的剪切强度有明显提高.其中硼对提高接头剪切强度贡献很大.用非晶态Cu_(50)Ti_(50)B作中间层时,接头强度最高可达340MPa用晶态和非晶态Cu_(50)Ti_(50),Cu_(50)Ti_(50)B作中间层对Si_3N_4进行扩散焊连接的机制是:活性元素Ti向陶瓷界面扩散和富集并与Si_3N_4发生反应生成界面相TiN,TiSi_2等.从而实现连接. 相似文献

盐类反应制备TiB2/Al—4.5Cu复合材料的研究 总被引:18,自引:3,他引:18
采用K2TiF6和KBF4混合盐反应法制备TiB2/Al-4.5Cu复合材料,通过SEM,XRD及MTS等仪器研究了复合材料的凝固组织和力学性能。增强相TiB2颗粒细小(<2μm),呈近球形,均匀分布于基体之中,起强化和细化基体作用,TiB2颗粒与基体结合好。当K2TiF6和KBF4混合物加入质量为基体的20%时,复合材料的综合性能最好。UTS达352MPa,EL达4.4%,HB达146。 相似文献

对离心SHS(Self-propatatingHigh-temperature Synthesis自蔓延高温合成)陶瓷衬管的铁过渡层组织结构及性能研究发现,铁过渡层与陶瓷层为“抛锚”结合,过渡层与基体层为冶金结合。对铁过渡层进行SEM、TEM及DEAX分析发现,Fe层中残存有未分离的陶瓷粒子,具有较高的位错密度及发达的亚晶组织,且发现了少量的索氏体和屈氏体组织,认为这是由于钢基体中的碳渗透到铁层中引起的。这些都是造成铁过渡层硬度较高甚至超过钢基体的原因。 相似文献

用金相,SEM和TEM研究了PTMP技术制备的含10%体积分数粒子的Ti-15S/TiC颗粒强化复合材料的显微组织,拉伸断口及拉断试样纵向显微组织特征,原始复合棒料是等轴晶组织,增强体TiC粒子随机分布于基体中,增强体和基体界面连接良好,尺寸较大的TiC粒子中有孔洞存在,有拉伸过程中,由于TiC粒子是主要的承载体而首先断裂,粒子裂纹快速扩展到基体造成复合体快速断裂,尺寸较大的TiC粒子中有原有孔洞 相似文献

运用PVD工艺在M2高速钢表面沉积了(TiAl)N涂层,用SEM、TEM和XRD方法对涂层显微组织和结构进行了分析研究,并对涂层的性能进行测试。结果表明,涂层的显微硬度和耐磨性随涂镀时基体温度上升而提高,在TS=480℃时涂镀效果较佳;也随涂镀时的氮流量有关系,当Nf=12ml.min-1时,Hv可达2400。 相似文献

《Surface & coatings technology》1993,60(1-3):468-473The adhesion between a TiN coating and a plasma-nitrided austenitic stainless steel is influenced by using different process steps. In order to obtain some information about the effects of various parameters, different process steps are used during the coating of austenitic stainless steel AISI 304. The deposition of a TiN layer with a Ti intermediate layer results in bad adhesion, especially when a thicker TiN coating has been deposited. X-Ray diffraction measurements indicate the presence of a martensitic phase on top of the plasma-nitrided surface after deposition of the TiN coating. This martensitic phase is also observed if after plasma nitriding only an additional heat treatment is carried out. A transmission electron microscopy study is also performed to reveal the microstructure. 相似文献

借助XRD、SEM、纳米压痕和划痕仪研究了采用磁控溅射在硬质合金基体上沉积的TiN单层和TiN/Ti(C,N)多层涂层的组织结构和力学性能。研究表明:TiN与TiN/Ti(C,N)多层涂层的晶粒形貌均呈柱状晶结构,而TiN/Ti(C,N)多层涂层形成了TiN、Ti(C,N)交替的调制结构。由于界面强化作用,TiN/Ti(C,N)多层涂层表现出比TiN更高的硬度及与基体更好的结合力。 相似文献

TiB2/TiB/TiNx(x=1,0.3)/Ti composite coating was prepared on pure Ti by laser surface alloying by using powders of boron as starting materials.The composite coating was examined by X-ray diffraction(XRD),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The friction and wear properties of the composite coating were examined using a pin-on-disk tester under dry sliding wear condition.The results showed that the top surface of the composite coating was mainly composed of TiB2,TiB,TiN0.3,TiN and Ti phases,while the interface of the composite coating was composed of TiB and Ti phases.The composite coating showed sticklike structure near the top surface,and dendrites structure near the interface.The friction and wear test showed that the composite coating had better wear resistance than pure Ti due to their higher microhardness than that of pure Ti substrate. 相似文献

The microstructure of Ti/TiN multilayer film was studied.It was shown by trans-mission electron microscopy of cross-sectional sample and respective secondary neutralsmass-spectroscopy depth profiling that the film has a periodic alternate multilayeredstructure:substrate /FeTi/Ti/Ti_2N/TiN/Ti_2N/Ti/Ti_2N/TiN...Ti/Ti_2N/TiN,whereFeTi and Ti_2N were the transition layers formed during ion plating.Cross-sectionalfracture surface of indentation samples had been obtained and studied with scanningelectron microscopy.It was shown that the multilayer film deformed during indentation,formed an indentation pit and a pile-up of materials around the indentation pit.As theapplied load increased deformation region extended beyond the film/substratc interfaceand into the substrate,the interlayer crack in the film and hole formation at the film/substrate interface were initiated.It is also shown that the multilayered Ti/TiN filmoffered better toughness in comparison with single layer TiN film. 相似文献

目的研究在接触载荷作用下,钛基/TiN涂层的应力变化规律。方法利用ABAQUS软件建立可靠有限元模型,分析涂层厚度不同的钛基/TiN涂层系统在球压头作用下的接触应力。结果钛基/TiN涂层系统最大Mises应力出现在距表面约0.4a(a为接触半径)处的亚表层或者亚表层附近的界面处。在接触应力和弯曲应力作用下,涂层弯曲变形会影响涂层的径向应力和剪应力分布。结论在接触载荷作用下,涂层内存在接触应力和自身弯曲两种应力作用。分析结果有利于理解钛基Ti N涂层的失效机理。 相似文献

钛合金表面百微米级Ti/TiN多层复合涂层性能研究 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
目的提高TiN硬质涂层的厚度及各项力学性能。方法采用等离子增强PVD技术在钛合金(TC4)基体表面制备多层复合Ti/TiN涂层,对涂层进行扫描电镜(SEM)分析,采用划痕法表征涂层的结合强度,用维氏显微硬度计测试涂层的显微硬度,利用销盘式摩擦磨损试验仪评价涂层的摩擦磨损性能。结果制备的多层复合Ti/TiN涂层厚度最高可达100μm,且未发生剥落等失效,结合强度相对于单层TiN提高了近3倍。由于Ti、TiN的多层复合调制作用,制备的Ti/TiN显微硬度测试表明复合涂层的显微硬度高达2700 HV0.025,同时,涂层在原有耐磨性能优良的基础上具备自润滑减摩作用,经过近20 000 m的磨损测试,复合涂层的摩擦系数低至0.25左右,且未完全失效。结论多层复合结构能够有效提高TiN硬质涂层的厚度,制备的Ti/TiN多层复合涂层的各项力学性能显著提高。 相似文献

采用等离子合成TiN渗镀层方法,在碳钢表面形成TiN沉积层+含TiN的扩散层组织,Ti和N原子由表及里呈梯度分布,表面是均匀、致密的TiN胞状组织,显微硬度在20 GPa~25 GPa之间;沉积层与基体之间有一扩散过渡区,结合力好,无剥落现象.X射线衍射结果表明:渗镀层表面为TiN层,(200)晶面的衍射峰最强,具有明显的择优取向.将TiN渗镀试样与不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti和Q235钢在1 mol/L H2SO4溶液中进行电化学腐蚀对比实验表明:TiN渗镀层的耐蚀性能比不锈钢和Q235钢基体分别提高了1.4和4.2倍.
