为培养应用型人才,以包装工程专业人才知识结构对人机工程学的需求为前提,分析了以产品设计为核心的人机工程学课程的适用性,并结合包装工程专业对人机工程学课程内容进行适当地删减、调整和转换,形成了适用于包装工程专业的人机工程学课程教学体系。在教学内容和教学方法上,提出应从理论讲解为中心转向以案例分析为中心;在教学环节设置上,提出了“理论阐述,研究案例/章节讨论+设计实践”的“3+1”教学模式。 相似文献

Atomically thin boron nitride nanosheets (BNNSs) are normally considered to be chemically inert, which makes them difficult to be functionalized. Many applications require new surface functionalities. Significant efforts have been made towards surface engineering and assembly of BNNSs. In this article, we contribute a critical review of the topic on challenges and solutions in surface engineering and assembly of BNNSs. We first outline the mechanistic insights of tunable surface functionalization of BNNSs, and then highlight some new breakthroughs, seminal studies, and trends in the area that have been most recently reported by our groups and others. Recent application researches include but are not limited to: (1) chemical catalysis; (2) biocompatible BN functional nanomaterials for biological and biomedical applications; (3) molecularly engineered BN surfaces for sensing and drug delivery applications; and (4) the construction of thermally conductive and electrically insulating composites. There is also an in-depth discussion on the merits of the processing-structure–property relationships in the functionalized BNNSs. Finally, with this review article, we hope to spark new ideas and inspire new functionalization strategies by fundamentally understanding surface properties and engineering BNNSs with programmable structures and predictable properties. 相似文献

针对小孔内壁光整加工技术的难题,本文提出一种新型精密研磨孔光整加工技术,以磁致相变理论为指导,从微观角度阐述了液体磁性磨具研磨孔光整加工的材料去除机理.采用"双刃圆半径"模型进行单个磨料颗粒切削模型研究,得出小孔光整加工的材料去除率数学表达式.通过实验验证了磨料粒度、入口压力、电流强度等因素对材料去除率以及表面粗糙度的影响,实验结果表明:在合适的范围内,增大磨料颗粒直径、入口压力以及电流强度有利于提高材料的去除率和表面质量.而当磨粒直径、入口压力以及电流强度选取过大时,虽然能获得较高的材料去除率,但是最终获得的表面粗糙度值并不理想.该研究为通孔零件内壁表面精密光整加工提供了有益参考. 相似文献

-integral has been proposed as a new fracture parameter for non-J-controlled crack growth in previous studies. In this paper, the
-integral is investigated to assess the safety of structures with defects. The estimation formula for the
-integral is presented to calculate the crack driving force by referring to the engineering estimation expression of the J-integral. The material resistance curves JR−Δa and
, of A533B material, are obtained by tests and nonlinear finite element analyses. The
-integral failure criterion for non-J-controlled crack growth is assumed in the paper according to the crack driving force and the material resistance curves. The method of admissible stress curve, i.e. the stress-crack length curve, is developed to simplify the conventional engineering assessment procedure by following the failure criterion for non-J-controlled crack growth. A new engineering safety assessment approach is proposed to assess the ductile fracture instability of flawed structures for non-J-controlled crack growth by the method of an admissible stress curve. Two examples for the compact tension configuration and the cylinder with a surface crack under internal pressure are examined by using the new engineering assessment approach. The new engineering safety assessment approach obviously simplifies the conventional engineering assessment procedure. By comparing with the tests, the results from these two examples show that this new engineering safety assessment approach for non-J-controlled crack growth gives a reliable prediction for the ultimate load capacity of flawed structures. 相似文献
