模具CAPP专家系统与加工过程仿真的模型研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为保证模具CAPP专家系统生成的工艺规程是合理和有效的,集成了用于模拟检验的包含几何仿真和物理仿真的加工过程仿真。根据仿真结果来修正工艺规划至最优,达到提高一次试模成功率的目的。在UG/CAM的刀轨仿真功能基础上,用MARC(模型参考自适应控制)方法来实现加工过程的物理仿真。设计了一个系统模型,从理论上为完善CAPP专家系统提出了解决方案。  相似文献

智能化CAPP(Intelligent CAPP,ICAPP)是AI和CAPP技术相结合的综合性研究领域。它将AI的理论和技术用于CAPP之中,使CAPP系统能够在一定程度上具有工艺设计师的智慧和思维方法,具有处理多意性和不确定性问题的能力,可以在一定程度上模拟领域专家进行工艺设计,使工艺设计中的许多模糊问题得以解决。在箱体、壳体类零件的工艺设计中,由于它们结构形状复杂,加工工序多,工艺流程长,而且可能存在多种加工方案,其工艺设计的优劣主要取决于人的经验和智慧。因此,一般CAPP系统很难满足这些复杂零件的工艺设计要求。而ICAPP系统能汇集…  相似文献

CAPP是集成的CAD/CAM系统中的连接桥梁。提供有效的过程设计及管理的关键是把知识规则和数据库中表示现实世界事实的数据结合起来。本文介绍了一个在PS/280机器上Smalltalk环境下实现的原型系统OOCAP——面向对象的计算机创生式工艺设计,其目的旨在在面向对象的环境下,通过构造知识库系统,从而实现对机械零件的加工工艺过程的自动设计。集知识、事实及运行于对象一身是该系统的主要特色。另外,该系统对机械零件加工过程进行仿真,以动画形式,逼真地反映了从选材到获得产品的全过程。  相似文献

该文根据“863”项目“基于知识的箱体CAPP系统”开发经验,提出了一种实用的产生式规则表示和检查方法。通过在规则的条件部分使用嵌套函数,可以表达零件工艺规划中比较复杂的逻辑判断关系,通过对规则的词法检查、语法检查和逻辑关系检查最终保证了从单条规则到整个规则库的正确性和一致性。  相似文献

本文系统地介绍了一种基于CAD工作站,利用I-DEAS软件实现的针对壳体类零件的CAD/CAM一体化技术。论述了利用PEARL数据库实现的从CAD模型到CAPP之间信息的传输,分析了在CAD与CAM集成中创成式CAPP所起的关键作用,并介绍了利用GNC图形辅助数控软件对加工过程的仿真以及机床文件的准备,最后系统能生成正确的数控指令。系统初步实现了CAD/CAM一体化。  相似文献

In a distributed manufacturing environment, factories possessing various machines and tools at different geographical locations are often combined to achieve the highest production efficiency. When jobs requiring several operations are received, feasible process plans are produced by those factories available. These process plans may vary due to different resource constraints. Therefore, obtaining an optimal or near-optimal process plan becomes important. This paper presents a genetic algorithm (GA), which, according to prescribed criteria such as minimizing processing time, could swiftly search for the optimal process plan for a single manufacturing system as well as distributed manufacturing systems. By applying the GA, the computer-aided process planning (CAPP) system can generate optimal or near-optimal process plans based on the criterion chosen. Case studies are included to demonstrate the feasibility and robustness of the approach. The main contribution of this work lies with the application of GA to CAPP in both a single and distributed manufacturing system. It is shown from the case study that the approach is comparative or better than the conventional single-factory CAPP.  相似文献

This paper describes current work on an extensive CAPP system that consists of over 50,000 lines of FORTRAN code in 14 main programs and 7 datafiles. It in addition to process plans, CMPP generates shop drawings and tolerancing information. Using rule based approach, printed wiring assemblies (PWA) process planning can be automated. In this paper a prototype computer-aided process planning (CAPP) system for PWA, PWA_Planner, is presented. The system takes a PWA design as input and generates process plan and part programs for the production on automatic component mounting machines. Abstract: Generative computer aided process planning (CAPP) systems are typically split into two main modules. The first is concerned with the identification of component features and their parameters, while the second addresses the problem of automatically ordering the manufacture of the features into an efficient process plan. BEPPS is a CAPP system under preparation at the University of Bath. It has been designed with a modular structure that includes modules for conventional machines, NC machines, tooling and fixtures, cost estimating and links to both CAD and Production Management Systems. This paper concentrates on the BEPPS-ROT module for planning rotational components on conventional machine tools, and in particular on the methodology adopted for feature ordering. The novel feature ordering logic is based on rules gathered from industry and takes into account the constraints imposed by such features as the work holding arrangements and the need to rechuck the component during manufacture. After the feature identification stage has been completed the feature ordering logic enables machine tools and equipment to be selected and the process plan to be generated automatically.  相似文献

In order to solve the isolation and the unilateral sequence integration between CAPP and PPS, this paper proposes the integrated system of CAPP and PPS based on distributed and dynamic process planning (ICAPPS), aiming for single-piece, small-lot and made-to-order production (SPSLMOP), and then systematically builds the integrated ICAPPS model.
