采用翼型导流板对某三代核电机组安全壳冷却机组风机盘管进风均匀性的改善进行了研究。提出了在盘管迎风面安装与竖直方向成一定夹角导流板的改进方案,采用数值模拟的方法分析其流场,依据GB/T14294-2008定量分析了改进方案对盘管迎风面进风均匀性的改善,筛选出了满足国标要求的改进方案。对筛选出的改进方案在原风机盘管上进行了实施,并对改进方案实施后风机盘管的迎风面进风均匀性进行了测量和定量分析。研究结果表明:在风机盘管迎风面安装与竖直方向有一定夹角的导流板可以提高风机盘管迎风面上的断面风速均匀度对于文中的研究对象,在风机盘管迎风侧安装与竖直方向30°夹角的导流板后,风机盘管迎风面上的断面风速均匀度为86%,满足国标要求。 相似文献

Atomic force microscopy was used to obtain images of the fracture surface of a tri-ethylene-tetramine and 4,4 (methyl thylidene) epoxy resin. Images were obtained in the mirror, mist, and hackle regions of each sample. Fractal dimensions were calculated from the images using the box dimension and contour analysis method. The box dimension fractal dimension increment for all regions on the fracture surfaces were determined to average 0.26 ± 0.06 and the contour analysis fractal dimension increment were determined to average 0.46 ± 0.05. The box dimension technique is shown to provide the “true” fractal dimension of the surface. The fractal dimension measurements for all three regions indicated that the fracture surface was self-affine and possibly self-similar. 相似文献

提出应用小波变换计算表面形貌分形特征参数,基于Weierstrass-Mandelbrot函数(W-M函数)和Majumdar-Bhushan函数(M-B函数)这2种常用于表征和模拟机械加工表面轮廓曲线的标准分形函数,验证了小波变换计算分形维数具有很高的精度。与其它计算表面形貌分形维数的方法进行了比较,结果表明小波变换方法的稳定性和准确性好。应用小波变换计算了不锈钢和铜2种材料的机械加工表面的分形维数。 相似文献

利用神经网络具有强大的非线性并行处理能力以及分形几何方法不依赖于系统的数学模型的特点,将分形维数与神经网络相结合,建立了结构损伤的分形神经网络检测方法。研究结果表明,结构不同状态下的振动信号的分形维数有明显的不同,可以将分形维数作为结构损伤检测的特征量,并用神经网络将结构的不同状态模式识别出来。 相似文献

The methodology for fracture analysis of polymeric composites with scanning electron microscopes (SEM) is still under discussion. Many authors prefer to use sputter coating with a conductive material instead of applying low‐voltage (LV) or variable‐pressure (VP) methods, which preserves the original surfaces. The present work examines the effects of sputter coating with 25 nm of gold on the topography of carbon‐epoxy composites fracture surfaces, using an atomic force microscope. Also, the influence of SEM imaging parameters on fractal measurements is evaluated for the VP‐SEM and LV‐SEM methods. It was observed that topographic measurements were not significantly affected by the gold coating at tested scale. Moreover, changes on SEM setup leads to nonlinear outcome on texture parameters, such as fractal dimension and entropy values. For VP‐SEM or LV‐SEM, fractal dimension and entropy values did not present any evident relation with image quality parameters, but the resolution must be optimized with imaging setup, accompanied by charge neutralization. Mechanical transmissions are applied widely in various electrical and mechanical products, but some qualities of some high-end products can’t meet people’s demand, and need to be improved with some new methods or theories. The fractal theory is a new mathematic tool, which provides a new approach for the further study in the area of the mechanical transmission, and helps to solve some problems. The basic contents of the fractal theory are introduced firstly, especially the two important concepts, the self-similar fractal and the fractal dimension. Then, the deferent application of the fractal theory in this area are given to display how to further the study and improve some important characteristics of the mechanical transmission, such as contact surfaces, manufacturing precise, friction and wear, stiffness, strength, dynamics, fault diagnosis, etc. Finally, the problems of the fractal theory and its application are discussed, and some weaknesses, such as the calculation capacity of the fractal theory is not strong, are pointed out. Some new solutions are suggested, such as combining the fractal theory with the fuzzy theory, the chaos theory and so on.
