针对传统跌倒检测系统识别正确率较低,误报率、漏报率较高、难以满足远程实时监控的问题,设计一种基于LabVIEW和MATLAB混合编程的新型跌倒检测系统。以深度视觉传感器为数据获取源,以聚类中心点速度、高度、加速度、两中心点垂直夹角为跌倒识别特征向量,采用改进型K-means和卷积神经网络算法实现跌倒检测。实验表明,系统具有更高的识别正确率、更低的误报和漏报率、更好的鲁棒性,并满足了远程实时监控要求。 相似文献

以用户击键特征为依据,提出了一种基于谱系聚类法的识别算法。该算法通过谱系聚类法对用户击键特征向量进行聚类分析,并形成各向量之间的谱系关系,从而由谱系关系来对击键特征向量进行识别。该算法的主要特点是使用欧氏距离进行分类,算法实现简单并且识别速度快。由于采用的聚类算法的简单性,其识别精度尚有待提高,因此该算法适用于击键识别的简单应用。 相似文献

在可穿戴式跌倒检测终端中部署微型机器学习模型,存在计算力弱、内存受限和传统机器学习算法手动选取特征不完善等问题,提出一种基于惯性传感器的轻量化卷积神经网络跌倒检测算法,设计并实现了高精度可穿戴式跌倒检测系统。该算法自动从跌倒数据中提取更完善的数据特征和采用深度方向可分离卷积,将标准卷积分解成深度方向卷积和点方向卷积,在只失去0.2%跌倒检测精度下,卷积层参数量减少75.32%,使之更适于资源受限的嵌入式终端中部署。实验结果表明该算法在实际跌倒测试环境中,平均准确率、敏感度和特异性分别达到了99.29%、98.00%和100.00%。该算法相比其他算法既减少了模型大小和计算量,又保证了跌倒检测精度,该系统的成功研发为老年人跌倒检测与报警提供了新的途径。 相似文献

为提高故障诊断模式分类的实时性和准确性,采用阈值化类内距离的方法,研究了一种新型SFCM聚类算法,数据验证了此算法较传统FCM算法在收敛速度和聚类精度方面的较好表现,以机载武器控制系统信息通道为诊断对象,采用该方法对通道进行了样本无监督分类验证和故障模式识别诊断试验,结果表明新型的SFCM聚类算法能对信息通道故障模式进行正确的分类识别。 相似文献

为了满足数据分析中获取含有混合属性的数据集聚类的边界需求, 提出一种混合属性数据集的聚类边界检测算法(BERGE). 该算法利用模糊聚类隶属度定义边界因子以识别候选边界集, 然后运用证据积累的思想提取聚类的边界. 在综合数据集和真实数据集上的实验结果表明, BERGE 算法能有效地检测混合属性数据集、数值属性数据集以及分类属性数据集的聚类边界, 与现有同类算法相比具有更高的精度. 相似文献

基于图松弛优化为非近似迭代方法提供了有效的分析解决方案,且实现简单。然而,由于矩阵的逆在计算时需要多项式时间,则在运行速度方面不是很理想,当面对较大规模数据时此方法将变得不可行。提出了对基于图松弛优化聚类进行快速近似提升的两种方法:一个是基于k均值聚类,另一个是基于随机投影树。广泛实验表明,这些算法在运算速度方面表现较优,聚类精度变化非常小。具体来讲,该算法在运算大规模数据时精度优于k均值算法,并且在保证精度的情况下运行速度远快于基于图松弛优化聚类算法。值得注意的是,该算法可以使得单个机器在数分钟内对具有数百万样本的数据集进行聚类。 相似文献

时序数据中的野值会直接影响数据挖掘算法的结果,甚至造成算法失效。传统的基于密度的带有噪声的空间聚类(DBSCAN)算法可以用来识别野值,但是却存在算法对参数敏感、时间复杂度高、精度不高等问题。针对时序数据的特点,提出了一种可自动进行多次识别的基于方差聚类的野值识别算法。该方法通过将传统的邻域密度转换为方差和均值、将密度阈值转换为时间窗口内的方差和阈值,在定义野值数据、野簇数据和异常簇数据的基础上,给出野值识别方法的判断规则。同时,针对一次野值识别不能将全部野值剔除的问题,通过定义多次野值识别的结束条件将算法扩展为多次野值识别算法。通过在某航天数据挖掘项目中的应用,验证了该算法具有较好的通用性、低的时间复杂度、可进行多次识别以提高精度等特点。 相似文献

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值. 相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives. 相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what
is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic
sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and
its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of
an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify
robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can
or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest.
