研究石油分馏塔动态性能优化问题,传统假组分方法在进料油切换操作的动态仿真中,造成模型输出振荡甚至无法运行,从而影响系统的稳定性.针对进料油切换操作问题,提出了一种基准假组分的原油特征化方法,采用轻质油品和重质油品作为两组基准假组分,各个假组分的质量分数根据原油的实沸点数据和密度计算得到.以工业生产数据为基础,经过对建立的分馏塔动态机理模型的仿真验证与分析,结果证明将基准假组分方法用于原油特征化表征方面是行之有效的,并且提高了分馏塔模型对原油品种和组成变化的适应能力,为模型动态性能的提高提供了依据. 相似文献

建立了利用宏观物性数据对柴油烃类组成进行预测的方法,根据对柴油烃类组分的分析和各烃类组分的物性差异,选取分属正构烷烃、异构烷烃、环烷烃和芳烃4个族的168个真实组分来表示柴油的组成,建立了柴油组分表示模板。建立了柴油各宏观物性与组成之间的关联关系,利用柴油常用宏观物性:密度、折射率、十六烷值、分子量以及恩式蒸馏曲线等数据建立方程组,对该方程组求解得到各个组分的含量。结果表明,计算得到的柴油饱和烃组成分布与烃组成分析结果较为吻合,误差在5%以下;三环环烷烃和芳烃的误差相对较大,并对产生误差的原因进行了分析。所建立的方法基本可以对直馏柴油烃类组成进行预测。 相似文献

在研究模拟移动床吸附分离技术应用于芳烃分离过程中,对-二甲苯分离工艺应用最为广泛.通过建立移动床装置的动态仿真模型,提高系统的精度和性能,为设计对-二甲苯分离工艺的实时动态仿真软件提供了可靠的模型依据.在模型分析过程中,采用新的思路,通过独立分析工艺策略和控制策略,合理划分模型子系统,分别建立了工艺子系统模型和控制子系统模型,并对移动床操作过程进行了准确地动态仿真.仿真结果与工艺设计值拟合良好,能够准确反映出装置正常运转时组分浓度随塔高分布变化的状况,充分说明了数学模型的正确性,实现了模拟移动床的动态性能. 相似文献

研究加氢裂化装置设计优化问题,针对新建加氢裂化装置,提出开发一套动态仿真系统用于培训员工,并对工程的控制设计进行动态仿真验证.由于加氢裂化装置工艺流程复杂,设备仪表多,控制方案先进,常规方法是建立系统的稳态机理数学模型或机理性较差的简化动态模型进行研究,而建立具备较强机理性的动态数学模型由于技术难度高,采用以实组分切割法为基础,对过程的反应动力学进行准确表征,结合动态序贯模块法,建立了具备加氢裂化动态数学模型,并调用过程控制模型进行动态操作.仿真结果表明,系统不仅具备仿真培训基本功能,还用来指导开停工方案制定,验证工艺与过程控制设计的可行性,并对过程中的问题进行诊断. 相似文献

为了尽快实现超临界汽油中低温煤焦油加氢裂解工艺的工业化,利用ASPEN PLUS模拟煤焦油在超临界溶剂中的加氢过程,以获得整个工艺运行的基本参数。本文基于超临界汽油中低温煤焦油加氢裂解的中试试验数据,对超临界汽油中低温煤焦油加氢裂解工艺进行模拟。首先,煤焦油代表组份选自煤焦油中含量较高的组分,汽油溶剂在模拟中根据其沸点曲线定义为虚拟组分;其次,根据碳离子反应机理,所有的煤焦油代表组分发生裂解反应,并将所有反应输入模型;加氢裂解过程主要选用RK-SOAVE和BK10物性方法,超临界汽油在模拟过程中定义为亨利组分:最后,根据煤焦油加氢裂解的反应特征,模型中主要包含3个基本模块,即RYIELD、Separtor和PetroFrac,分别模拟加氢裂解、气液分离和常压分馏。模拟时将超临界汽油中低温煤焦油加氢裂解中试实验条件数据输入模型,模拟结果表明:模型预测值与实验值基本一致,表明该模型能较好的反映超临界汽油中低温煤焦油加氢裂解工艺过程。并利用模型对年处理15万吨的超临界汽油中煤焦油加氢裂解工艺进行优化设计,获得了工艺的基本参数和能耗,为超临界汽油中低温煤焦油加氢裂解工艺工业化提供了理论依据和设计参考。 相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives. 相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what
is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic
sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and
its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of
an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify
robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can
or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest.
