本文综述了近几年废旧橡胶脱硫再生工艺的最新进展,其中有:密闭式捏炼机脱硫再生法,单螺杆或双螺杆连续脱硫再生法、双螺杆剪切脱硫再生法,常压中温橡胶塑化脱硫法,环保型废橡胶复原再生法,微波脱硫再生法等。这几种脱硫再生工艺都有共同的特点:节能,生产效率高,成本低,再生胶的物理性能高,生产过程无污染或污染较小。 相似文献

摘要:为了制备环保型高强力再生胶,本文配方采用不加入含有欧盟限制的有毒物质的软化剂等物质。在本文中列举了改变影响再生胶机械性能的因素,摸索出了最佳的高温高强力再生胶的配方、工艺方法和条件。检测结果表明,高温下环保再生胶的拉伸强度最大值可达18.957MPa,拉断伸长率达到了480.372%。关键词:环保高强力再生胶;物理机械性能;高温;制备 相似文献

The three most widely used methods of butyl rubber waste reclamation—water-neutral, thermomechanical, and radiation—are compared. The study of the mechanical properties of reclaimed butyl rubber prepared by different methods reveals that the radiation method provides a reclaimed product of the best quality, whose vulcanizates are characterized by enhanced thermal stability and improved stress-strain properties. It is shown that butyl rubber reclaimed by radiation can be used for the production of roofing mastics, sealants, and adhesive additives. The material with best adhesive characteristics is obtained at a radiation dose of 200 kGy. 相似文献

Sulfur‐cured butyl rubber was devulcanized completely in supercritical CO2 by using diphenyl disulfide (DD) as a devulcanizing reagent. The optimum devulcanizing conditions were studied and the sol fraction of the reclaimed rubber obtained was up to 98.5%. The possible devulcanizing mechanism was investigated. Then, the sol component of reclaimed rubber was characterized by gel permeation chromatography, 1H‐NMR, and differential scanning calorimetry, and the reclaimed rubber was characterized by TGA. Because of the substitution of a large portion of allylic hydrogen by sulfurated functional groups during vulcanization, the signal of the olefinic proton shift. As a result of the numerous decreases in the active crosslinking sites and the remaining DD, reclaimed rubber could not be cured by sulfur. At last, the blends of virgin butyl rubber and different contents of reclaimed rubber were revulcanized and their mechanical properties investigated. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. 制备了再生胶/粉煤灰路面材料,讨论了聚氯乙烯用量、天然橡胶用量、铝酸酯偶联剂质量分数(以粉煤灰用量为基准)和粉煤灰用量对其性能的影响。结果表明,当再生胶用量为100份、聚氯乙烯用量为10份、天然橡胶用量为40份、铝酸酯偶联剂质量分数为2·2%、粉煤灰用量为60份时,再生胶/粉煤灰路面材料的综合性能最佳,符合路面材料的标准。 相似文献

left in reclaimed rubber affected curing process of NR/reclaimed rubber blends. The most suitable curing was achieved with
ratio 1:1 of natural rubber and reclaimed rubber which was used in this study. Presence of fillers in reclaimed rubber, non-homogeneity
of phases, non-uniform filler dispersion and lower molecular weight of reclaimed rubber due to chain scission in reclaiming
process caused diminishing of mechanical properties of NR/reclaimed blends, particularly dynamic-based properties. Reclaimed
rubber also affected rheological behavior of natural rubber. In a strain sweep viscoelastic test, it could be observed that
NR/reclaimed blend show more non-linear viscoelastic and viscous behavior than predicted one which was due to non-homogenized
phases. This non-homogenized morphology was detected using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the blend with ratio 1:1

以3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵为阳离子醚化剂,天然淀粉为原料,微波干法合成具有絮凝、杀菌等功能季铵型阳离子淀粉絮凝剂。研究了各种因素对合成的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。结果表明:在阳离子醚化剂与淀粉摩尔比0.35,NaOn与阳离子醚化剂摩尔比1.2,微波功率184W,辐射时间5min时,产物相对粘度为3.18(0.5%)左右,阳离子取代度为0.31。所得产品与无机絮凝剂PAC复配后具有较好的絮凝及杀菌效果。 相似文献
