激励态向列微滴散射理论的修正及其参量拟合 总被引:3,自引:2,他引:3
用反常衍射(ADA)理论与实验数据优化拟合方法分析了聚合物分散液晶(PDLC)微滴在633nm激光照射下的散射特性与微滴尺寸、聚合物折射率的关系。在聚合物分散液晶中除了液晶微滴本身的散射以外,还有例如界面散射、杂质散射、材料折射率不均匀等附加散射因子,考虑这些因素以后对反常衍射散射理论进行了修正,提出用参量拟合来测量聚合物分散液晶中聚合物折射率、微滴半径以及液晶体积百分数等参量的方法。测量了微滴的直径在2μm左右聚合物分散液晶的参量。结果表明,对聚合物分散液晶聚合物折射率的误差在5%以内,而对液晶体积分数的测试误差较大,达到10%左右。 相似文献

基于液晶的气体传感器是一个新兴的研究领域。液晶本身具有化学多样性、可逆的分子排列和固有的自组装能力,可以满足传感器高灵敏度、快速响应、低能耗和选择性等要求。随着相关研究的深入,液晶气体传感方法也不断被完善。本文回顾了近几年基于液晶的气体传感技术,讨论了现有液晶气体传感技术的检测方法,主要包括向列相液晶的气体检测方法和胆甾相液晶的气体传感方法。向列相液晶的气体传感包括功能化基板的液晶膜传感、特性几何形貌的液晶传感和液晶液滴传感方法。胆甾相液晶的气体传感主要包括聚合物胆甾相液晶膜的气体传感、液晶液滴传感、基于光纤的气体检测以及纤维素气体传感。最后对液晶气体传感的应用和发展进行了阐述。 相似文献

Fast and high‐contrast responses with low driving voltages in twisted nematic (TN) cells are achieved for anisotropically oriented structures of liquid‐crystalline physical gels. They are prepared by hydrogen‐bonded aggregation of an L ‐lysine‐based gelator in nematic liquid crystals. When the mixtures of the nematic liquid crystals and the gelator are prepared in TN cells, fibrous aggregates of the gelator align along the twisted‐nematic orientation of the liquid crystal, forming oriented phase‐separated structures. 相似文献

Fascinating nematic‐ and smectic‐like self‐assembled arrays are observed for gold nanorods partially capped with either laterally or terminally attached nematic liquid crystals upon slow evaporation of an organic solvent on TEM grids. These arrays can be manipulated and reoriented by applying an external magnetic field from quasi‐planar to vertical similar to a Fréedericksz transition of common organic nematic liquid crystals. Birefringence and thin film textures of these self‐assembled gold nanorod arrays observed by polarized optical microscopy are strongly reminiscent of common organic nematic liquid crystal textures between crossed polarizers and, additionally, support the formation of ordered liquid crystal‐like anisotropic superstructures. The ordering within these arrays is also confirmed in bulk samples using small angle X‐ray scattering (SAXS). 相似文献

针对向列型液晶光阀响应速度慢的问题,提出了一种工作在可见光波段的切变聚合物网络液晶光阀(SLCLV).通过测定其电光响应,这种切变聚合物网络液晶(SLC)的响应时间可达几个毫秒,比相同条件下的向列型液晶的响应速度提高了一个数量级,而且对厚度依赖性小.通过理论分析,提出了SLC的工作原理,介绍了工作在可见光波段的反射式电寻址SLCLV的制作过程.器件的制作工艺简单,可靠性高.在可见光-可见光图像转换系统中,测得这种液晶光阀的帧频可达500 Hz,分辨率为81p/mm.如果能进一步提高制作工艺,这种液晶光阀在高速光学信息处理方面有广阔的应用前景. 相似文献

The fabrication of a one‐dimensional photonic crystal without time‐reversal and space‐inversion symmetries was pursued. Theoretical studies predict that such a system would exhibit unusual optical properties, including indirect photonic bandgaps and backward wave propagating eigenmodes. Such a system can be created experimentally by combing magnetooptical nanoparticles with a chiral nematic liquid crystal. The manner in which nanoparticles co‐assemble with a chiral nematic liquid crystal was investigated. It was determined that the addition of nanoparticles to a 5CB‐COC system disrupts the system's helical structure. This disruption lowers the system's phase transition temperatures and inhibits the system's ability to form reflectivity peaks. 相似文献
