为准确评价沥青胶结料疲劳特性,采用线性振幅扫描(LAS)试验测试了3种基质沥青和2种SBS改性沥青的疲劳参数,并与疲劳因子进行了比较。结果表明,随着测试温度的升高,沥青胶结料抗疲劳性能增强;基质沥青和改性沥青在疲劳性能上存在较大差异,基质沥青的疲劳因子和疲劳失败温度均高于改性沥青,而改性沥青在线性振幅扫描过程中能够在达到峰值剪切应力后,维持一段时间的高应力状态再下降,并且其疲劳寿命均大于基质沥青;不同的测试方法对于改性沥青疲劳性能评价结果的一致性较好,而基质沥青疲劳性能排序受到测试方法的影响。 相似文献

研究通过室内试验对自研型高粘改性沥青以及国内外5种高粘改性沥青的技术性能指标进行了比对,结果显示自研型高粘改性沥青、日本TPS高粘改性沥青、壳牌克裂王高粘改性沥青表现出的路用性能相对优越。同时进行了基于这3种高粘改性沥青胶结料下的排水性沥青路面OGFC-13路用性能对比试验,结合沥青胶结料试验结果和沥青混合料的路用性能试验结果来看,自研型高粘改性沥青优越的高低温性能、抗水损性能以及抗裂性能满足当前排水性沥青路面的设计与施工技术要求。 相似文献

排水沥青铺装的抗扭转飞散能力不足,从提升沥青胶结料性能的角度改善排水沥青混合料的抗扭转飞散能力。首先研究了影响排水沥青混合料抗扭转性能的关键胶结料技术指标,并结合日本相关公司标准,开发出了抗扭转型高黏度改性沥青。采用旋回式车辙试验、静扭试验和车辙试验评价了抗扭转型高黏度改性沥青的性能。研究表明,剪切应力是影响排水沥青混合料抗扭转性能的关键胶结料技术指标。采用开发的抗扭转型高黏改性沥青的排水沥青混合料的动稳定度是普通高黏度改性沥青混合料的2.5倍;变形量达到相同8 mm时需要约300 min,是普通高粘沥青混合料6倍。试验结果表明,抗扭转型高黏度改性沥青混合料具有很强的抗扭转飞散能力和高温稳定性。 相似文献

在SHRP计划中,运用了多种仪器和方法来研究沥青材料的流变性能,如动态剪切流变仪、弯曲梁流变仪和直接拉仲试验仪等.研究中大量的数据表明对于直馏沥青来说,沥青胶结料的高温性能指标中G*/sinδ与沥青混合料的抗车辙性能的关联性较好,但是对于改性沥青和深度氧化沥青来说,沥青胶结料的G*/sinδ与混合料的抗车辙性能没有较好的对应关系,因此需要有另外一个技术指标来表征改性沥青混合料的抗永久变形能力.近几年来,研究发现沥青的零剪切粘度能够较好地表征沥青混合料的抗永久变形能力.本研究主要介绍几种常用的零剪切粘度测定方法和试验数据处理方法. 相似文献

测试了不同新疆岩沥青掺量的改性沥青针入度、软化点、复数模量、相位角等技术指标,分析了新疆岩沥青对基质沥青高温性能的影响。结果表明:随着新疆岩沥青掺量的增加,改性沥青的针入度减小、软化点提高、车辙因子变大,改性沥青的高温性能得到增强:新疆岩沥青可改善沥青结合料的粘弹性质,表现为复数剪切模量的增加和相位角的减小;根据Superpave沥青胶结料高温性能分级标准,研究了新疆岩沥青对高温等级的增强效果。 相似文献

通过向SBS改性沥青中添加无机阻燃剂的方法开发了阻燃环保沥青,并对SBS改性沥青和阻燃环保沥青进行了胶结料和混合料的性能试验。结果表明:阻燃环保沥青的常规性能与SBS改性沥青相比变化不大,而氧指数得到了较大的提高,较好地改进了阻燃性能。对SBS改性沥青及阻燃环保沥青混合料进行了车辙试验、小梁弯曲试验、水稳定性试验等,结果表明:阻燃环保沥青混合料的路用性能与SBS改性沥青相当。同时,模拟燃烧结果表明,阻燃环保沥青有效改善了沥青混凝土的阻燃性能。 相似文献

AbstractThe aim of this study is to investigate the physical and rheological properties of modified asphalt binders with barium sulfate (BaSO4) nanoparticles. The penetration grade test and the softening point test on the controlled and modified asphalt binders showed that the presence of nanoparticles improved the physical properties of asphalt binders. Dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) test was performed on the main and modified asphalt binders in unaged and short-term aged modes. The asphalt binders containing 2% of nanoparticles in each of the unaged and short-term aged modes have the maximum value of rutting parameter at all temperatures. 相似文献

In this research study, permanent deformation of pure and zycotherm modified binders were evaluated. Conventional test results showed that all percentages of zycotherm reduce susceptibility of binders to temperature. G*/sinδ values of dynamic shear rheometer revealed that addition of zycotherm improves performance of binders against permanent deformation. Likewise, results of multistress creep recovery test indicated that zycotherm decreased the nonrecoverable compliance (Jnr) values, which is an indication of lower susceptibility of asphalt binders against rutting distress. According to test results, 0.1% of zycotherm is proposed to have the highest impact on performance of AC 85/100 asphalt binders against permanent deformation. 相似文献

The study was carried out to explore the addition effect of macro and organically modified nanoclay on the physical and mechanical properties of asphalt binders. Both macroclay and modified nanoclay were blended in an asphalt binder in various percentages (starting from 2% to 8%). The blended asphalt binders were characterized using kinematic viscosity (C.st), softening point (°C), and penetration and compared with anunmodified binder. The tensile strength of the asphalt binders was also tested as a function of clay types and content%. The results of the study indicated an increase in softening point; kinematics viscosity and decrease in binder penetration. The tensile strength of modified clay binders was enhanced at all percentages by a comparison with both macroclay and unmodified binders. The best improvements in the modified binders were obtained with 6% nanoclay. 相似文献

The scope of this study was to investigate the high and intermediate temperature rheological and aging properties of warm mix asphalt binders modified by organo-expanded vermiculites. The rotational viscosity, complex modulus, and rutting parameter (G*/δ) increased and the penetration and phase angle decreased after modification of 3% organo-expanded vermiculites, indicating that the high temperature rheological properties of the warm mix asphalt binder have been improved. The warm mix asphalt binders containing 3% organo-expanded vermiculites demonstrate the lowest value of phase angle and the highest value of complex modulus compared with the studied binders. In addition, as a result of the rolling thin film oven test, the viscosity aging index of warm mix asphalt binder decreases, while the retained penetration increases obviously with the introduction of organo-expanded vermiculites. The warm mix asphalt binder with 3% organo-expanded vermiculites has more pronounced improvements in aging resistance in comparison with other studied modified warm mix asphalt binders. 相似文献

本文对30余个沥青样品进行了动态剪切扫描试验,探讨了软化点环境下的沥青的粘弹性状态。试验发现:在软化点温度条件下,纯沥青与改性沥青处于两种不同的流变状态,石油沥青粘弹组成中粘性分量居多,相位角多在80o以上;而SBS改性沥青则保持较低的模量值和相位角,弹性仍保持为一个明显的特质。同时,利用Shapiro-Wilk正态检验发现,在a=0.05置信水平下,不管老化状态如何,纯沥青软化点对应一个稳定的复数模量,在荷载100Pa、频率10rad/s的实验条件下,该模量均值为13033.7Pa,标准差为2104.7Pa。并利用这种等模量规律求取纯沥青的软化点,证明了与实测软化点的良好关联性。需要更多数据以验证本文的初步结论。 相似文献

In the present research study, the fatigue behavior of modified asphalt with crumb rubber (CR) and styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) are investigated. Each of these additives was mixed with a 85–100 neat bitumen at two different dosages. The time sweep test was used to investigate the viscoelastic fatigue properties of asphalt binders in terms of energy dissipation. Linear amplitude sweep tests were conducted to study the fatigue life of asphalt binders under varying loads based on the concepts of viscoelastic continuum damage mechanics. Results showed that adding CR and SBS can enhance the fatigue resistance of modified asphalts based on the energy approach and viscoelastic continuum damage analysis. 相似文献

高温稳定性是沥青胶结料重要技术要求之一。针入度、软化点、60℃动力黏度和针入度指数是工程中最为常用的高温性能评价指标。为探究这些高温性能指标的区分度和关联性,对34种源于不同工程的沥青胶结料进行检测,基于聚类分析法和灰色关联分析法对试验数据进行分析。结果表明,60℃动力黏度指标相比针入度和软化点指标能够更有效地区分不同沥青胶结料的高温性能;70号基质沥青和高黏度改性沥青的60℃动力黏度与软化点关联度高,但SBS改性沥青60℃动力黏度与其他高温性能指标的关联度低;考虑到动力黏度能够客观表征流变特性,建议在实际工程中可将60℃动力黏度列为强制性指标。 相似文献
