信息分类编码系统是CIMS各有关环节集成的纽带。本文针对NGC-CIMS对信息分类编码系统的需求,提出了一种面向CIMS各环节、分级、分段和柔性的信息分类编码系统的结构模型,在开发初期提出了基于OO的编码模型;在系统实现时,采用了码位依赖关系和基于元数据及码位模式分解的解决方法;在译码系统实现时,提出了基于总控元关系的译码方法;在基于编码的检索上,提出了不完全码的思想。目前该系统已成功得到了厂方应用。 相似文献

信息编码是信息孤岛集成的基础和关键技术。文章分析了信息集成环境对信息分类编码的要求,从信息编码多约束目标出发,采用AHP法分析了各约束目标对编码结构的影响权重,构建了一种基于面向对象技术的统一编码柔性结构模型,并对模型进行了描述和实例化,该模型最终实现了各类信息编码结构形式的统一。以统一编码结构模型为基础,提出了基于统一编码的信息孤岛集成技术实现方案,从基于统一编码的应用系统接口技术和基于统一编码的标准视图访问接口技术两个方面描述了集成方案的实现机理。 相似文献

中文文本情感分析旨在发现用户对事物、事件的情感倾向,然而现有研究往往忽视了文本之间的相互联系。提出一种基于主题增强的递归自编码情感分类模型,通过将文本的主题信息融入到递归自编码模型中,使得该模型可以更深层次地考虑文本的内容信息,提高其对文本情感的理解和泛化能力。在COAE2014数据集上的实验结果表明,将所提分类模型用于情感分类任务时可获得更优的分类效果,证实了其在实际问题中的适用性与可行性。 相似文献

针对目前煤机设备在跨全生命周期管理过程中存在大量信息孤岛,导致无法进行数据深化应用的问题,从煤机设备全生命周期业务流程产品链、资产链和价值链运作模式出发,结合现有国际、国家、煤炭行业和相关领域的信息分类和编码标准,采用统一建模语言(UML)和面向对象分析方法(OOA),提出了一种面向全生命周期管理的煤机设备信息分类编码体系设计思路。首先,采用线分类法和面分类法相结合的混合分类法对煤机设备信息分类;然后,利用GS1编码体系的GTIN实现煤机设备类别唯一标志,采用附加属性方式关联煤机设备的MJLBM-1编码;最后,采用EPC编码体系的SGTIN-96编码进行单台煤机设备唯一标志,实现SGTIN与GTIN的转换。应用实例验证了该分类编码体系的可行性,一定程度上解决了煤机设备信息分类和编码混乱、规范性差和信息共享难等问题,并且与全球GS1系统实现了体系兼容,拓宽了煤炭行业相关产品和技术的流通领域。 相似文献

针对BP神经网络算法收敛速度慢、易于陷入局部极小点的缺点,提出了一种基于遗传算法和神经网络相结合的多级信息融合模式.先用基于实数编码的遗传算法来优化神经网络中的初始权值,再用优化后的神经网络对多传感器信息进行融合分类,最后将该模型应用在故障分类中,并使用Matalab工具进行了仿真实验.将实验结果同单一的神经网络信息融合模型进行了比较分析,结果表明了该模型有效地提高了信息融合的效率和准确度. 相似文献

The philosophy of group technology (GT) is an important concept in the design of flexible manufacturing systems and manufacturing cells. Group technology is a manufacturing philosophy that identifies similar parts and groups them into families. Beside assigning unique codes to these parts, group technology developers intend to take advantage of part similarities during design and manufacturing processes. GT is not the answer to all manufacturing problems, but it is a good management technique with which to standardize efforts and eliminate duplication. Group technology classifies parts by assigning them to different families based on their similarities in: (1) design attributes (physical shape and size), and/or (2) manufacturing attributes (processing sequence). The manufacturing industry today is process focused; departments and sub units are no longer independent but are interdependent. If the product development process is to be optimized, engineering and manufacturing cannot remain independent any more: they must be coordinated. Each sub-system is a critical component within an integrated manufacturing framework. The coding and classification system is the basis of CAPP and the functioning and reliability of CAPP depends on the robustness of the coding system. The proposed coding system is considered superior to the previously proposed coding systems, in that it has the capability to migrate into multiple manufacturing environments. This article presents the design of a coding and classification system and the supporting database for manufacturing processes based on both design and manufacturing attributes of parts. An interface with the spreadsheet will calculate the machine operation costs for various processes. This menu-driven interactive package is implemented using dBASE-IV. Much of the knowledge that is applied in or communicated between design and manufacturing activities is primarily shape based or shape indexed. Previous attempts to acquire and organize shape knowledge have been mostly concentrated on feature recognition from solid models, group technology (GT) coding schemes, and feature-based modeling. This paper presents the development of an efficient form-feature-based modeling system, and addresses the important issue of utilizing feature information for manufacturing, which has not been extensively discussed by previous work. In this paper we first present a Euler operator-based approach for efficient and effective form-feature encoding and manipulation in a feature-based design environment. Subsequently, a hybrid representation scheme called enhanced CSG tree of feature (ECTOF), which integrates feature model with solid model in a tree structure, is discussed. A feature interference resolution methodology to maintain the correct and consistent feature information in an ECTOF is also deliberated. Finally, we present a machinability-checking module, which employs global accessibility criteria to analyze a feature's machinability on a three-axis machining center. By developing feature interference resolving and machinability testing techniques and integrating with an efficient feature-based design system, this research makes the development of an integrated feature-based design and manufacturing system possible. 相似文献

The cost estimation now is a vital concern of every manufacturing firm, and many methods are available for cost estimation. In this paper , we build an novel architecture of multiagent system with each agent representing one kind of cost estimation method (distributed multi-agent system). The system first classifies the user's requests , then makes the expert agents to cooperate and compete to fulfill the task. The model is based on a fuzzy classification of cost estimation methods and a dynamic optimization of structure to make the agents to learn from the past (based on agent reputation).
