天津城建学院与河北大学联合攻关,采用液体丁腈-40橡胶对环氧树脂进行增韧,研制出可室温较快固化、剪切强度较高的改性环氧胶粘剂。环氧树脂与液体丁腈橡胶的最佳质量比为10:1,制得的结构胶粘剂室温24h固化后,具有良好的力学性能,室温剪切强度高达22.4MPa,一般的丁腈橡胶虽然也能增韧环氧树脂,但改性后的粘接强度提高不大。端羧基液体丁腈橡胶(CTBN)对环氧树脂增韧效果很好,可是原料价格太高,受到制约。而采用液体丁腈-40橡胶,对E-44环氧树脂/低分子聚酰胺体系进行增韧,可得到室温固化、剪切强度较高的改性环氧胶粘剂。 相似文献

本文主要研究了不同增塑体系对丁腈橡胶老化前后物理机械性能的影响,以热油老化后的丁腈橡胶的应力-应变曲线作为材料参数,考察不同增塑体系对丁腈胶管扣压过程中性能变化的影响;硫化特性实验结果表明:使用DOP或DOA作为增塑剂时,硫化胶转矩差值较大,使用液体丁腈或聚硫橡胶作为增塑剂时,转矩差值相对较低,其中使用聚硫橡胶作为增塑剂时,焦烧时间较短;物理机械性能实验结果表明:使用液体丁腈或聚硫橡胶作为增塑剂时,丁腈橡胶硫化胶耐热空气老化性能保持率相对较高,耐热油老化后质量体积变化率相对较低;仿真计算结果表明:使用DOP或DOA作为增塑剂时,静刚度、应变能密度及节点处Mises应力较大,使用液体丁腈或聚硫橡胶作为增塑剂时,静刚度、应变能密度及节点处Mises应力相对较小。 相似文献

为了考察甲基叔丁基醚对汽油主要成分烃类化合物与水相互溶解性的影响,在298.15 K和常压下,测定了2个四元体系水-甲基叔丁基醚-异辛烷-异丙醇和水-甲基叔丁基醚-异辛烷-甲苯的液液相平衡数据,并用含有二元、三元和四元相互作用参数的Extended UNIQUAC模型和Modified UNIQUAC模型对液液相平衡数据进行了关联计算。结果表明:在298.15 K时测得的四元体系液液相平衡数据和模型的计算结果很吻合,Extended UNIQUAC和Modified UNIQUAC模型成功地描述了四元混合液的液液相平衡,这些基础数据对化工生产过程的设计和分离操作条件的选择都是非常有意义的。 相似文献

研究了以石英砂和沸石为骨架的吸附材料经铝盐改性处理后,对饮用水中过量氟的处理行为,比较两种改性滤料处理能力的不同并对差异进行分析。实验表明,物理空间结构性强的沸石作为改性滤料的应用有着独到的优越性,除氟效率达98%以上,是一种无毒无害的除氟处理方法。 相似文献

The linear mixed relation for mixed molar volume and free-volume were modified to derive our new activity expression attributed to the combined combinatorial and free volume contributions. The validity and applicability of this expression were demonstrated by calculating the solvent activity in polymer solutions and analyzing the swelling behaviors for polymeric membranes. The average absolute deviation (AAD) of these calculated results from the experimental values of solvent activities for polymer solutions was employed for comparison. It is shown that the modified model can yield better results than the original one for most of the systems considered. The swelling behavior of poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) membranes in water/glycol (EG) mixture over a wide range of concentrations was analyzed. The activity of solvents in the liquid and the membrane was calculated by the UNIQUAC model and this present modified model, respectively. The estimations are consistent with experimental data roughly at temperatures of 333 and 343 K. It is found that the modified model is a suitable alternative to the Flory-Huggins equation for the analysis of the swelling behaviors of polymeric membranes in solutions. 相似文献

This work focuses on modeling of the sorption step as a main step in the mass transport through the pervaporation process. For this purpose, four thermodynamic models including Flory–Huggins (FH), Universal Quasichemical (UNIQUAC), modified Non-Random Two-Liquid (M-NRTL), and modified Wilson (M-Wilson) were used to predict the equilibrium sorption of ethanol/water mixtures into the polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) membrane. In the M-Wilson model, the reference state based on pure enthalpy of components was used to determine the residual term. Moreover, the influences of ethanol feed content and temperature on the liquid sorption level and sorption selectivity were studied experimentally and theoretically. The results indicated that the proposed models were successfully able to determine the sorption level of the ethanol aqueous solutions into the PDMS membrane. Moreover, the M-NRTL and M-Wilson models were found to be much more accurate than the FH and UNIQUAC models to determine the volume fraction of the penetrants in the PDMS membrane. It was also observed that the total and ethanol sorptions increased with an enhancement in the ethanol feed concentration, while the membrane sorption selectivity decreased. Moreover, increasing the operating temperature led to higher sorption of both ethanol and water, whereas the sorption selectivity did not show significant changes with temperature. 相似文献
