随着科学技术的进步,新型高强度、高硬度和高价值难加工深孔零件的不断出现,加工工件在加工深度、加工精度以及加工效率上要求的不断提高,使得深孔加工成为机械加工的关键工序和加工难点.通过优化加工工艺,在常规深孔加工不能保证图纸要求的前提下,利用深孔钻镗粗加工、深孔电火花半精加工和珩磨精加工的加工方案,解决材料为镍基高温合金Inconel 718的零部件在端面上均布多个台阶深孔的加工难题,为难加工金属材料多个高精度深孔的加工提供了创新方法. 相似文献

针对软性磨粒流在加工硬脆性材料时效率低下的问题,本文提出一种气-液-固三相磨粒流加工方法。该方法通过在加工流场内注入微尺度气泡群,利用气泡溃灭释放的能量提升磨粒流加工能力。基于计算流体力学和群体平衡模型耦合计算方法,建立气-液-固三相磨粒流流体力学模型,数值模拟结果揭示了工件表面三相磨粒流形成高速湍流涡旋流场加工特性,得到了工件表面气泡溃灭的分布规律,并探明流体黏度与气泡溃灭之间的关系。图像粒子测速实验表明,通入微尺度气泡群后,平均速度从12.50~13.50m/s提升至15.00~17.00m/s,最高平均速度可达20.00m/s以上。对比加工实验显示,经8h加工后,粗糙度从0.50μm降低到0.05μm。理论和实验研究结果说明借助微尺度气泡群的溃灭效应可有效提升软性磨粒流的加工效率和加工精度。 相似文献

In this paper, a signal processing method is proposed to derive the impulse responses of the defect impacts for a roller bearing, and is carried out in two steps. First, the envelope detection for the vibration signal with amplitude modulation is implemented through the linear least square analysis under the assumption of a stepwise function for the envelope signal. Secondly, the signal processing of impulse-response enhancement is applied to eliminate the sidebands around the defect frequencies. The impulse responses of the defect impacts could be derived and the sidebands in the impulse-response spectrum could be theoretically eliminated. Accordingly, the spectrum would be helpful to apply in the bearing defect diagnosis, especially under the condition of non-uniform loading. From the theoretical analysis and the experimental studies, it is shown that the proposed signal processing method could effectively derive the impact responses of the defects impacts for a roller bearing system and the sidebands in the impulse-response spectrum could be reduced or even eliminated. 相似文献

在微细电解线切割加工过程中,工具线电极与工件之间的加工间隙在微米量级,因此,电解加工产物的及时输运是微细电解线切割加工中极为关键的问题。提出在线电极进行轴向往复运动的同时叠加阳极低频微幅振动的方法,促进加工间隙内产物排出,提高加工精度与加工稳定性。探讨加工间隙内电解产物影响微细电解线切割加工精度的机理,研究线电极往复运动条件下阳极振动对加工间隙内产物排出效率的影响。试验结果表明提高阳极的振动频率和振动幅值可以改善微细电解线切割的加工精度和加工稳定性;阳极叠加振动较阳极无振动的切缝更宽、更均匀。采用优化参数加工出宽度4.28 μm的微缝、微槽以及方螺旋结构。 相似文献

If processing speed is increased and processing time is lengthened, a magnetic abrasive system can be used as a tool both
for finishing and precise dimensional control of manufactured products at the micro-level, and for mirror face processing.
In this study, a micro machining system that can change its high rotational speed was developed. Using micro machining with
a high speed magnetic abrasive system, the diameter of difficult-to-cut materials with high hardness could be controlled almost
linearly by changing the rotational speed, the frequency of magnetic poles, and the size of diamond particles. By changing
machining conditions, the surface roughness of the mirror face level could be obtained. To improve roundness, a higher rotational
speed improved processing time and dimensional precision, and 20,000 rpm was the optimum speed in this experiment. Roundness
was obtained up to 0.15 μm. Before and after the processing, there was almost no change in the WC(tungsten carbide) and Ni
components of the material, and there were no remains of mixed-type particles such as iron and diamond on the material. 相似文献
