为使产品定制模型更加适合缺少相关领域专业知识的大众消费者,建立了基于感性工学的产品感性定制模型。引入配件感性性能指数、产品感性性能矩阵对产品感性性能进行量化。使用层次分析法实现了求解与顾客对产品感性性能需求对应的产品工程配置的方法。并应用产品感性定制模型,构建了基于Web和虚拟现实技术的顾客协同设计系统。  相似文献

用户与设计师的协同设计是现代设计中的重要研究课题,但基于意象层面的协同设计很少有研究。产品意象认知模型阐明了消费者情感需求与产品造型之间的关系,运用专家访谈、影响汽车外观造型特征的眼部跟踪观察实验、影响产品意象认知的造型特征提取实验、关键造型特征与产品意象认知关系之量化实验等多实验的方法,建立了基于特征匹配的产品意象认知模型。基于该模型,开发了汽车草图设计原型系统,有效实现了用户与设计师汽车草图协同设计。  相似文献

为了在大规模定制环境下,帮助企业满足顾客的个性化和定制化的需求,提出了一种基于Web的产品定制与仿真系统,让用户可以在智能设计评估系统的指导下通过Internet定制自己的产品,然后通过仿真平台自动调用相应的仿真工具对设计结果进行仿真,仿真结果交由企业专门人员评价后返回给顾客。对客户需求驱动产品配置、智能设计评估系统知识库的建立和仿真平台柜架的具体实现技术进行了研究,并且给出了本系统的一个原型系统实例。  相似文献

针对现有裙装个性化定制中消费者直接参与程度不足和缺乏专业设计指导的问题,提出了一种融合普通消费者、专业设计师和生产厂的应用模式和系统架构,可作为三者进行有关裙装设计和定制领域的信息交互、商务洽谈和交易服务的应用系统。该模式采用基于深度学习的方法对消费者的个性化需求进行分析,给出消费者的个性化需求推荐方案,同时消费者通过个性化定制实现参与裙装设计和定制。在该模式基础上,设计了裙装个性化定制系统,该系统能够实现裙装个性化推荐、裙装个性化定制以及裙装专业设计,有效解决了裙装个性化定制问题。  相似文献

随着云计算的普及,SaaS作为一种新的软件交付模型得到了越来越广泛的关注.为了支持不同规模SaaS用户的多样化业务需求,多租约SaaS应用需要更灵活的个性化业务定制方法.从多租约SaaS应用的个性化业务构建角度,提出了一种新的基于扩展WSCL的SaaS业务-租约模型,设计并实现了基于SBTM的多租约个性化业务定制系统.该系统不仅能够支持用户采用图形化界面进行业务流程定制,简化了租约业务定制的开发.而且利用规则约束、DL匹配及Petri网性质等方法对定制流程进行合理性检测,保证流程定制过程的正确性.此外,通过基于图匹配的最优租约模型推荐方法提高了软件的开发效率.最后,介绍了该系统的框架及各个模块的基本功能并通过实例展示了该系统的效果.  相似文献

以家具的风格、造型形态、装饰、色彩、材料、功能、价格定位等方面作为主要的评价项目,针对消费者和设计师分别设计了感性意象的调查问卷并进行问卷调查。通过对调查数据的研究分析,获得消费者和设计师在家具感性意象上的共同点和差异性,并构建了消费者和设计师的家具产品感性意象的偏好模型,模型可用于指导家具方案设计,避免家具设计的盲目性,从而降低了设计风险,提高家具方案设计的成功性。  相似文献

针对陶瓷茶具造型老旧、形式单一的问题,构建了基于用户感性意象的陶瓷茶具 形态设计方法。以感性意象理论为基础,采用定性及定量相结合的研究方法,研究用户感性意 象与陶瓷茶具形态要素之间的量化关系。通过对陶瓷茶具形态构成要素的分析,确定了茶壶为 主要研究对象;采用语义差分法、因素分析法和多元线性回归分析法,探测消费者对陶瓷茶壶 形态的感性评价,利用数据统计分析量化用户感性意象与陶瓷茶壶形态设计的对应关系,并通 过设计实例验证此方法的正确性。研究结果拓展了以用户为中心的产品形态设计的新方法,对 探求用户意象偏好的陶瓷茶具形态设计具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

产品造型感性评价反映了用户的意象感知,具有模糊性与不确定性,用户常难以准确描述其感 性偏好而表现出犹豫。针对该问题,引入犹豫模糊语言术语集(HFLTSs)描述用户感性评价,基于其数学算子构 建犹豫模糊语言共识模型以测度用户认知一致性程度,借助粒子群优化算法(PSO)实现非共识条件下用户评价 矩阵的优化与共识达成,通过逼近理想解排序法对产品造型方案进行优劣排序,提出了基于 HFLTSs 和 PSO 的 产品造型设计感性评价流程。以汽车充电桩造型方案感性评价为例,验证了 HFLTSs 有助于解决用户感性认知 的不确定问题,结合 PSO 能够提高犹豫模糊语言评价的一致性,从而提升产品造型感性评价质量。  相似文献

为解决现有产品个性化定制中用户需求分析复杂、需求契合度低与用户参与度不 足的问题,提出一种基于用户需求的产品深度个性化定制方法。通过结合用户个性需求表达模 型与质量功能展开(QFD)将用户需求映射为定制需求,运用实例检索与匹配进行产品配置求解。 用户通过可视界面对定制方案进行实时反馈与调整,并结合变型设计加深产品个性化定制程度, 最后通过优度评价将最优方案提供给用户,实现用户高参与度、高满意度的定制。以披肩定制 为例,验证该方法的可行性,为产品深度个性化定制提供了一种有效方法。  相似文献

An interactive clothing design and a personalized virtual display with user’s own face are presented in this paper to meet the requirement of personalized clothing customization. A customer interactive clothing design approach based on genetic engineering ideas is analyzed by taking suit as an example. Thus, customers could rearrange the clothing style elements, chose available color, fabric and come up with their own personalized suit style. A web 3D customization prototype system of personalized clothing is developed based on the Unity3D and VR technology. The layout of the structure and functions combined with the flow of the system are given. Practical issues such as 3D face scanning, suit style design, fabric selection, and accessory choices are addressed also. Tests to the prototype system indicate that it could show realistic clothing and fabric effect and offer effective visual and customization experience to users.

Pharmaceutical product customization, a prerequisite for personalized medicines, is currently a widely researched topic. Patient characteristics can be mapped and translated into parameters for designing patients’ individual treatment, i.e., the dosage form. However, current pharmaceutical manufacturing is dominated by mass production and lacks the capability and flexibility required to produce customized products. Mass customization is a proven successful approach in, for example, the manufacturing industry and thus has been discussed as an enabler for pharmaceutical product customization but has never been fully explored in a pharmaceutical context. Inspired by mass customization approaches in the manufacturing industry, this study proposes a novel methodology to develop integrated product and manufacturing system platforms for pharmaceutical products supporting a mass customization paradigm. The proposed methodology establishes sets of product and manufacturing system platform variants and suggests an approach to feasible platform design selection. The applicability of the proposed methodology is illustrated for diabetes treatment as a selected case example. Integrated platform designs are developed for the conventional treatment of a fully integral tablet design and for a design enabling product customization with a modularized tablet design. The manufacturing platforms are still embracing a mass production design in the methodology illustration and should elicit knowledge on the utility of the current production design in a mass customization context. The performance and utility of the respective platform are assessed in terms of production cost and patient benefit. The results suggest a substantial increase in patient benefit afforded by the modularized tablet design, however the production cost is increased. This trade-off between the production cost and patient benefit thus calls for novel manufacturing system concepts to achieve the feasible manufacturing of customized pharmaceutical products.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A well-designed product increases customer value and leads to repeat usage. However, studies on the impact of website quality on customer usage fail to distinguish website competence from website capability, ignoring that website quality performance has impacts on other website quality attributes. We gather data from 314 undergraduate students and apply partial least square method to examine the design quality mechanisms and other factors that influence users’ experience. Our results indicate that offering personalized products or services is an important enabler toward enhancing users’ attitude and usage intention. Particularly, for IS education in the format of e-learning, our results suggest firms developing textbook technology platforms primarily focus on creating superior quality designs leading to capabilities that enhance user customization. The customization experience will lead to better satisfaction via both perceived usefulness and perceived ease-of-use.  相似文献

Acceptance, utility, and usability of system designs have become a focal interest in human–computer interaction (HCI) research, yet at present there is a lack detailed understandings of which system design features influence them. The purpose of the study is to examine the effects of five product design features; customization, adaptive behavior, memory load, content density, and speed on user preference through an experimental study by using conjoint analysis. In experimental study, instead of classical conjoint cards, prototypes were generated for products. Besides, desirability and market segments of product prototypes were identified. In line with the results, among the five product design features, speed is the most and customization is the least important features that affect user preference. Contrary to the expectations, customization has a relatively small importance value in this research. Subsequent design features that influence user preference after speed are minimal memory load, adaptive behavior, and content density, respectively. According to findings, interfaces that have high-speed, minimal memory load, adaptive behavior, low content density, and customization features are more preferable than those that do not.  相似文献

Generative design provides a promising algorithmic solution for mass customization of products, improving both product variety and design efficiency. However, the current designer-driven generative design formulates the automated program in a manual manner and has insufficient ability to satisfy the diverse needs of individuals. In this work, we propose a data-driven generative design framework by integrating multiple types of data to improve the automation level and performance of detail design to boost design efficiency and improve user satisfaction. A computational workflow including automated shape synthesis and structure design methods is established. More specifically, existing designs selected based on user preferences are utilized in the shape synthesis for creating generative models. For structural design, user-product interaction data gathered by sensors are used as inputs for controlling the spatial distributions of heterogeneous lattice structures. Finally, the proposed concept and workflow are demonstrated with a bike saddle design with a personalized shape and inner structures to be manufactured with additive manufacturing.  相似文献

Digital transformation (DT), the combination of information, computing, communication and connectivity technologies, which has triggered an effective upgrade of different aspects of market strategy, customer experience etc. Nowadays, rehabilitation assistive devices (RADs) are evolving to be more digital, intelligent and personalized. Digitalization and servitization have fostered to an emerging business model—the smart product–service system (Smart PSS). Therefore, DT of the RADs’ industry advocates not only the design of products and functions, the more important is the management of service processes and resource integration. With the increase in the elderly and disabled population, the requirement for RADs is becoming more urgent. However, research on Smart PSS for RAD is still limited. The rehabilitation assistive smart product–service systems (RASPSS) was introduced into the development of RADs based on the “Design and Management of DT” strategy through the service design of assistive devices and user requirements analysis. Further, an integrated design of RAD and Smart PSS has been created, a development method of RASPSS proposed, the theoretical model of the Smart PSS based on RADs built. To specify the service framework, this case study discusses the development of a home rehabilitation assistive system for femoral stem fracture patients. This paper evaluates the usability of the system, the results of which prove usability and effectiveness of the RASPSS development method. The RASPSS development model is designed to meet needs of stakeholders, improve the user rehabilitation experience, promote the service innovation of Smart PSS, bring certain market benefits of rehabilitation aids and create social value.  相似文献
