利用粉末冶金法制备了Al_2O_3颗粒增强铜基复合材料,分析了Al_2O_3含量和转速对复合材料耐磨性能以及摩擦因数的影响。结果表明:复合材料的磨损量随Al_2O_3含量的增加先减小后增大,Al_2O_3体积分数为15%时耐磨性能最好;磨损量以及摩擦因数随着转速的增大先增大后减小,在400 r·min~(-1)时的磨损最严重,摩擦因数最大;磨损主要机制是粘着磨损和磨粒磨损。  相似文献

在Ti-Al-Cr-Nb自润滑复合材料的基础上,采用粉末冶金真空热压烧结技术制备了添加Al_2O_3、石墨烯的石墨烯/钛铝合金高温自润滑复合材料,并考察了600℃高温下石墨烯含量对Ti46Al2Cr7Nb1Al_2O_3/(62%BaF_2-38%CaF_2)高温自润滑复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着石墨烯含量的增加,复合材料的摩擦系数和磨损率先降低后增加;当石墨烯的含量为0.5vol%时,TiAl基复合材料的摩擦系数最小,磨损率最低;摩擦系数随载荷和转速的增大而降低;该石墨烯/TiAl合金复合材料的磨损机理主要为磨粒磨损和粘着磨损。  相似文献

采用共沉淀法分别制备Al_2O_3和TiO_2前驱体包覆MgO颗粒,并在1 450℃保温2h得到MgO基陶瓷,研究了Al_2O_3和TiO_2添加量对陶瓷物相组成、烧结性能和抗热震性能的影响.结果表明:添加Al_2O_3后,陶瓷的主要物相为方镁石相和MgAl_2O_4相,随Al_2O_3添加量的增加,MgAl_2O_4相含量增多,线收缩率和热震次数均先增后降,体积密度则增大;添加TiO_2后,陶瓷的主要物相为方镁石相、Mg_2TiO_4相和MgTiO_3相,随TiO_2添加量的增加,Mg_2TiO_4和MgTiO_3相含量增多,线收缩率和体积密度均先增后降,热震次数则先增加后保持稳定;当Al_2O_3和TiO_2的质量分数分别为6%,4%时,陶瓷的烧结性能和抗热震性能均最佳.  相似文献

研究陶瓷与6061铝合金烧结封接工艺及其结合机制。将Al_2O_3陶瓷进行表面化学镀镍,再与6061铝合金进行烧结封接,在不同烧结温度下观察Al_2O_3(N)陶瓷/6061铝合金接头微观形貌,并选取在590℃、1 h下获得的接头进行EDS分析,测定不同温度下烧结Al_2O_3(N)陶瓷/6061铝合金接头强度。研究表明,所制Al_2O_3陶瓷表面化学镀镍层均匀致密,铝合金中元素扩散至化学镀镍层,自铝合金一侧至陶瓷一侧,Al元素含量整体上呈先减小后增大的趋势;随着烧结温度的升高,接头强度也随之升高,最大可达15.4 MPa。  相似文献

采用高能球磨法制备了多壁碳纳米管与铜粉(MWCNTs/Cu)的复合粉体,随后用真空热压烧结制备了MWCNTs/Cu复合材料,研究了球磨搅拌轴线速度对MWCNTs/Cu复合粉晶粒尺寸、粉体形貌及对MWCNTs/Cu复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着搅拌轴线速度的增大,铜的晶粒尺寸明显减小,搅拌轴线速度为4.2/4.8m·s-1时,其晶粒尺寸趋于稳定,为23nm;MWCNTs/Cu复合材料的抗拉强度和硬度先增大后减小,当搅拌轴线速度为4.2/4.8m·s-1时,抗拉强度和硬度达到最大,分别为187.21 MPa和166 HV;球磨后铜粉形貌由球状变为片状,MWCNTs嵌入铜基体内,当受到外界载荷时MWCNTs起到承担载荷的作用,从而提高了复合材料的力学性能。  相似文献

利用粉末冶金法制备出了SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料(SiCp/Al),研究了SiC颗粒添加量对复合材料布氏硬度、抗拉强度及显微结构的影响。结果表明:SiC颗粒在基体材料中分布均匀,界面清晰;SiCp/Al复合材料的硬度与抗拉强度随SiC颗粒含量的增加先升高后降低,在SiC颗粒添加量为7 Wt%时,硬度与抗拉强度达到最大值,分别为89.4HBS与311MPa。  相似文献

以CaO和TiO2为原料,外加质量分数分别为0,1%,2%,3%,4%的Y_2O_3后,分别在1 300,1 400℃保温3h烧结制备CaTiO_3陶瓷,研究Y_2O_3掺杂量和烧结温度对陶瓷物相组成、晶体结构、烧结性能和微观结构的影响.结果表明:随着Y_2O_3掺杂量的增加,CaTiO_3的晶胞体积先增大后减小,Y~(3+)置换Ti~(4+)使CaTiO_3晶胞体积增大,置换Ca~(2+)则使晶胞体积减小;随Y_2O_3掺杂量的增加或烧结温度的升高,陶瓷的烧结线收缩率和体积密度均增大;随Y_2O_3掺杂量的增大,陶瓷的显微结构更为致密,CaTiO_3晶粒尺寸先增大后减小,晶粒形状由不规则台阶状转变为规则形状.  相似文献

利用真空热压烧结和放电等离子体烧结两种方法制备了不同成分MWNTs/Fe3Al金属间化合物基复合材料;用透射电镜分析了复合材料的显微结构,并用微欧计测试了复合材料的电阻率后换算成电导率,研究了该复合材料的导电性能。结果表明:两种方法制备出复合材料的电导率随着碳纳米管含量的增加而降低;碳纳米管与金属间化合物相界面较高的势垒、纳米管的自身缺陷及其在基体中的分布方式影响了复合材料的导电性能。  相似文献

制备了纳米Al_2O_3改性PTFE复合保持架材料,研究了不同纳米Al_2O_3含量对复合材料硬度、压缩强度、拉伸强度及摩擦性能的影响。通过对复合保持架材料摩擦磨损机理分析认为,纳米Al_2O_3质量分数为5%时,复合保持架材料结构最稳定,对比了该配方复合材料常温、液氮、液氢下力学性能。结果表明:与常温相比,液氮和液氢温度下复合保持架材料的拉伸强度和弹性模量有所增加,冲击强度有所下降,断裂伸长率显著下降,呈典型脆性材料特性。  相似文献

采用电化学溶解-气相色谱标定方法,研究了不同烧结时间下质量分数2%CNTs/5083Al复合材料中界面反应程度的变化规律,并探讨了界面反应程度与复合材料力学性能的关系。结果表明:在570℃烧结温度下,当烧结时间从1h延长到6h时,2%CNTs/5083Al复合材料的界面反应程度从5.5%增加到24.1%,并与烧结时间成一定的线性关系;随着烧结时间的延长,复合材料的杨氏模量、屈服强度与抗拉强度均呈先增加后降低的趋势,而伸长率呈先略微下降后持续增加的趋势。  相似文献

针对具有进油孔的有限长滑动轴承油膜力求解问题,采用变分原理和分离变量法,求得了有限长滑动轴承油膜压力分布的近似解析表达式。将油膜压力分布的近似解析表达式在油膜存在区域上进行积分,即得到了油膜力。将提出的计算有限长滑动轴承油膜力方法与无限长轴承模型、有限元方法的计算结果进行了比较,发现了提出的方法与有限元方法的计算结果很接近。最后,研究了进油孔位置和进油压力对油膜存在区域、油膜力等的影响,研究结果表明进油孔位置和进油压力对油膜存在区域和油膜力有较大的影响。  相似文献

针对实际电网存在着大量的三绕组变压器,但国际上一些著名商业软件,如BPA仿真软件、Matpower这一权威潮流计算开源软件,均只提供双绕组变压器模型,限制了其在具有三绕组变压器的电力系统中的应用的问题,潮流计算是自主开发的电力系统各种应用软件的核心模块,因此依托国际权威开源程序进行二次开发,是一种较好的选择。对Matpower要求的数据格式进行了归纳,对变压器的一般的等值电路及带理想变压器的等值电路和带标幺值的等值电路进行了分析研究,提出了三绕组变压器转换为双绕组等效模型的建模方法,使得原先只适应双绕组变压器的潮流计算软件可以适用于三绕组变压器电网的潮流计算;最后以Matpower软件为例进行了案例计算,并用PSASP仿真软件进行对比验证。研究结果证明,所提出的建模方法是有效的。  相似文献

A computer simulation model for the contact between longitudinally-oriented rough surfaces has been formulated. This model closely duplicates the actual surf ace contact deformation behavior by taking into account the elastic interactions between the asperities. There were no assumptions made about the shapes, or any deformation behavior of the asperities, except for their obeying the laws of elasticity. The plastic deformations on the high asperity peaks were taken into account by setting a ceiling on their contact pressures at the material hardness value. The simulations used real surface profiles which were digitized from unworn circumferentially ground steel surfaces. Each pair of these profiles was mathematically combined to form an equivalent rough profile pressing against an infinitely rigid flat and having the appropriately adjusted elastic modulus. A total of 28 different pairs of profiles were used in the simulations. Each contacting pair was subjected to 30 different load levels and the local contact pressures and deformations were calculated. The contact simulations yielded some important mathematical relationships between parameters, such as the real area of contact, average gap, and average asperity load through statistical curve fitting. Two analytical functions were generated to relate the average load to average gap and the real area of contact to load.  相似文献

The strength of composite plate with different hole-shapes is always one of the most important but complicated issues in the application of the composite material. The holes will lead to mutations and discontinuity to the structure. So the hole-edge stress concentration is always a serious phenomenon. And the phenomenon makes the structure strength decrease very quickly to form dangerous weak points. Most partial damage begins from these weak points. According to the complex variable functions theory, the accurate boundary condition of composite plate with different hole-shapes is founded by conformal mapping method to settle the boundary condition problem of complex hole-shapes. Composite plate with commonly hole-shapes in engineering is studied by several complex variable stress fimction. The boundary integral equations are founded based on exact boundary conditions. Then the exact hole-edge stress analytic solution of composite plate with rectangle holes and wing manholes is resolved. Both of offset axis loadings and its influences on the stress concentration coefficient of the hole-edge are discussed. And comparisons of different loads along various offset axis on the hole-edge stress distribution of orthotropic plate with rectangle hole or wing manhole are made. It can be concluded that hole-edge with continuous variable curvatures might help to decrease the stress concentration coefficient; and smaller angle of outer load and fiber can decrease the stress peak value.  相似文献

针对电站锅炉风险等级评价问题,将模糊综合评价技术应用到电站锅炉风险等级评价中。开展了电站锅炉失效影响因素及模糊评价因素的重要程度分析,建立了一套科学合理适于在线评价的电站锅炉风险评价体系,提出了模糊综合评价技术与改进的模糊层次分析法相结合的模糊风险评价方法,利用改进的模糊层次分析法计算了指标体系中各层指标权重。对某一台电站锅炉的实际运行工况影响子因素进行了模糊风险评价,采用模糊合成算子进行模糊综合运算得到电了站锅炉运行工况影响子因素的评价向量。研究结果表明:电站锅炉的运行工况影响子因素的风险评价等级为第6级,失效可能性等级为小,该电站锅炉运行工况良好。  相似文献
