Atomic growth process and structure of Amorphous Electroless Coating have been studied, using Monte-Carlo simulation method. The simulation results of amorphous Ni80P20 coating show that PDFs are in accordance with practical values. The migrations of adatoms in coating's growth are different from that of solidification of amorphous materials. In some cases, the migrated adatoms in the process of growth of amorphous coating are not enough to occupy all vacancies and traps, so the amorphous coating is micro-porous. The immovable probability k and the largest migration distance of adatoms, which lie on the electroless bath components, affect the PDF, volume density and microporosity remarkably. 相似文献

利用扫描隧道显微观察了大气条件下FeNiSiB非晶合金在自然大气环境下腐蚀前后表面的微面形貌特征,并对所获结果进行分析,以探讨非晶合金的微观结构与大气腐蚀行为的关系。结果表明:实验所用非晶材料的微观结构是由几个原子首先组成2纳米左右的颗料团,此颗粒团经无序密堆,最后形成非晶合金。非晶合金结构具有自仿性,在微米,纳米尺度具有相同的分维数;在大气中非晶合金以2纳米左右的颗粒团为基本单元发生的均匀腐蚀。 相似文献

Partially amorphous Ni-Nb alloy was made by 1.91 kW cw CO_2 laser melt-quenching,and fully amorphous by 4.5 kW and 4.9 kW.The corrosion resistance of the amor-phous layer was improved by adding Cr.Potentiodynamic polarization curves showthat the amorphous Ni_(50)Nb_(40)Cr_(10) is in more corrosion-resistant than the amorphousNi_(60)Nb_(40)and 18-8 stainless steel. 相似文献

用座滴法研究了In—Sn合金熔体在非晶和晶态Cu46Zr45Al7Gd2合金上的润湿性,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、电子探针(EPMA)、X射线衍射(XRD)分析了In—Sn/Cu46Zr45Al7Gd2界面特性.结果表明:In—Sn合金熔体在非晶合金上的润湿性优于在晶态合金上的润湿性;In—Sn合金熔体在非晶基片上的反应扩散层宽度要小于在晶态基片上的反应扩散层宽度;In—Sn合金熔体在非晶基片上的反应扩散区中出现晶化反应. 相似文献
