基于SSD硬盘的嵌入式高速图像存储技术

高速大容量图像数据的存储技术是数字图像处理中的一项重要技术.为了实现图像数据的高速实时存储,提出了在嵌入式Linux平台上基于SSD硬盘的高速数字图像记录方法.采用Linux驱动程序控制SAS硬盘控制器,将图像数据高速记录在SSD硬盘上.介绍了整个系统结构,给出了Linux驱动程序的实现方法,分析了影响图像数据记录速度的因素.实验测试中图像数据记录速度可以达到150 MB/s,可以满足对高帧频相机的高速图像数据存储的要求.     

USB接口的嵌入式图像采集与显示系统

介绍一种基于USB接口在嵌入式Linux开发环境下以三星S3C2410为系统处理核心、以CMOS图像传感器OV7620为图像采集工具、以USB图像处理器OV511为图像处理工具来实现图像采集和显示的方法.     

一种基于ARM-Linux的Web远程放射源实时视频监控系统

针对放射源监控的实时性和网络多媒体远程访问的新要求,提出一种基于嵌入式ARM-Linux有线和无线传输的B/S模式Web远程放射源实时视频监控系统。系统采用ARM920T内核的微控制器S3C2440版和UVC格式/YUV编码标准USB摄像头构建Web服务器端,详细设计嵌入式Linux下摄像头的驱动程序,分析视频数据采集与传输的开源MJPG-Streamer视频服务软件,结合Vedio4Linux2接口和socket网络编程,并将其移植到嵌入式Web服务器端。监控系统的测试表明:经过压缩与编码处理后其图像数据流信息能稳定、可靠的显示在监控终端的浏览器中,在放射源和核设备实时监控中取得优良的效果。     

数字无线电子终端的关键技术研究

本论文以实现数字无线电子终端关键技术为主要研究方向和目标。通过对数字无线电子终端中嵌入式软硬件平台,Linux设备驱动技术、无线接入技术进行深入研究,并结合硬件原理图的设计,研制出了具有WiFi无线可视对讲功能的样机。该样机实现了点对点的无线音频双工实时传输,图像的单向实时传输,可广泛应用于住房小区、别墅等门禁系统中,具有较大的现实价值和意义。     

汽车零部件检测生产线控制终端设计

针对汽车零部件检测生产线效率低,以及数据传递速度慢和信息掌握延时等问题,研究设计了一款用于汽车零部件检测生产线的新型控制终端.终端以嵌入式ARM芯片Cortex-A9为控制核心;采用Android操作系统,Linux作为内核,搭建应用程序开发平台;集成了射频识别模块、实时定位模块和无线通信模块等,实现了控制终端数据采集传输、身份识别、实时定位和无线通信等功能.     

基于音视分离技术的可视多媒体运营平台研究

本文提出一种基于音视分离技术的可视通信解决方案.该方案借助Linux嵌入式系统技术,集成基于IP网络的可视电话终端与传统语音电话模块,音频信号通过电话模块PSTN、GSM或CDHA网络传送,视频信号通过IP网络传送,最后实现视频终端和音频控制服务器的合成,并依托该方案构建了可视多媒体运营平台.     

基于ARM的智能小区安防报警终端器的设计

设计实现了智能安防报警终端器,采用嵌入式Linux系统的ARM,能够完美支持对火灾、温度、烟雾、天然气泄漏等报警的同时支持防盗报警、联网定位和监控;能够方便扩展对未来智能家电的远程管理和维护;有效解决了远程监控定位困难以及实施成本高、扩展性差的问题,可以作为智能小区建设终端的性价比超高的解决方案。     

基于ARM的嵌入式停车场数字图像监控系统

本文设计了基于ARM9 S3C2410的嵌入式图像采集处理系统，在内嵌工Linux操作系统的基础上实现了并行数据总线／USB接口图像接入、图像快速处理、IP化数据传输。根据停车场监控管理的需要，设计了一种基于连续图像帧差法的目标识别快速算法，完成了可疑目标的实时自动识别与跟踪、异常事件识别功能，并实现重要图像信息的本地压缩存储与IP化传输。     

基于GPRS的嵌入式远程控制系统的设计

基于ARM嵌入式硬件平台,以嵌入式Linux为操作系统,设计一个远程控制系统。该系统主要包括远程控制终端系统、控制服务器系统和受控终端系统三大模块该系统可广泛应用于智能家居、工矿采集和机械生产等远程控制方面。     

嵌入式无线AP研究与实现

论述基于嵌入式Linux操作系统和NET4526开发平台的嵌入式系统中无线AP(access point)的实现方法。在Linux操作系统下用Brctl来实现无线AP功能是Linux无线网络的典型应用,具有良好的推广前景。结果证明该方法是可行的,移植后无线AP在嵌入式系统中运行良好。     

Insertion of triangulated surfaces into a meccano tetrahedral discretization by means of mesh refinement and optimization procedures

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.     

The Research of Anti-Wear Properties of Organomolybdenum Compounds in the Engine Oils

A four-ball tester was used to evaluate the anti-wear performance of three kinds of organomolybdemun compounds in the engine oils, i. e., molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate (MoDDP), molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate ( MoDTC), and sulphur and phosphorus freeorganomolybdeum (Molybdate). The results indicate that a low concentration of MoDDP doesn' t improve the anti-wear properties of the commercial engine oils, but a high concentration of MoDDP can obviously improve the anti-wear properties and the load-carrying capacity of the engine oils. MoDTC doesn' t improve the antiwear properties of the engine oils, but worsens the anti-wear properties of the oils. Signifi can timprove ment of frictional and wear characteristics is obtained with Molybdate added in the commercial engine oils and the formulated oils.

Flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.

Optimum-Simulation von Ernteprozessen

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.     

A study of centrifugal cast high boron high speed steel

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M₂(B,C), (W,Mo)₂(B,C), M₃(B,C), M₂₃(B,C)₆ type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm². The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K₁ mill housing of bar mill.

Deposition and Coating Properties on CVD Tungsten

Surface characterization and microstructure studies are performed on chemical vapor deposited (CVD) tungsten coating. There is about 2 μm thickness diffusion layer of tungsten in the molybdenum substrate. The thermal shock test shows tungsten coating has good adhesion with molybdenum substrate, but the elements of oxygen and carbon in the tungsten coating have the bad affection to the adhesion. The result of high-temperature diffusion experiment is the diffusion rate from molybdenum substrate to tungsten coating is faster.
