渗碳件通常都是进行整体淬火回火。某产品的齿轮渗碳后整体淬火因畸变大而达不到要求。该齿轮渗碳后采用感应加热淬火,测定其硬化层的组织、硬度分布,并与经整体淬火的齿轮作比较。结果表明,经感应加热淬火的齿轮畸变小,可得到仿形的硬化层,硬化层性能与整体淬火后的相当。对于轻载荷零件,渗碳后感应淬火是可行的。 相似文献

通过对5CrNiMo钢采用整体等温处理加轮廓感应加热淬火复合处理新工艺的研究指出,采用整体预热的方式,可有效地减少由于感应加热淬火引起的低硬度区的影响。由于采用M/B下复相组织作为基体组织,因而在提高基体冲击韧性的基础上,同时增加了模具的耐磨性,可有效地提高模具的使用寿命。 相似文献

对两个炉号的60Si2CrVAT弹簧钢用相同工艺热处理后,进行疲劳性能对比试验,结果表明不同炉号钢料疲劳寿命相差很大。组织分析表明,疲劳寿命较低的钢料中,淬火加热前存在颗粒状碳化物,奥氏体化时未溶入奥氏体而残留在淬火组织中,并在局部聚集,导致疲劳寿命降低。 相似文献

研究了30CrNi4Mo钢不同热处理的组织和冲击疲劳性能。结果表明,30CrNi4Mo钢正火低温回火的组织由贝氏体、马氏体和残余奥氏体组成,淬火低温回火组织为回火马氏体和残余奥氏体。正火低温回火的冲击疲劳裂纹形成寿命高于淬火低温回火和淬火高温回火的冲击疲劳裂纹形成寿命,淬火高温回火的冲击疲劳总寿命高于正火及淬火低温回火热处理的冲击疲劳寿命。分析了多冲击疲劳裂纹扩展的行为,讨论了正火低温回火冲击疲劳裂纹形成寿命较长及淬火高温回火提高冲击疲劳总寿命的原因。 相似文献

利用旋转弯曲疲劳试验方法对比研究了一种半轴用铁素体+珠光体型非调质钢感应淬火前后高周疲劳性能的变化。结果表明,试验钢试样感应淬火后表层形成了厚度约1.2 mm、平均显微硬度约650 HV0.3的马氏体组织淬硬层。该淬硬层具有较高的残余压应力和十分细小的原奥氏体晶粒。感应淬火处理后,试验钢的疲劳耐久极限从420 MPa提高到716 MPa。疲劳断口的SEM观察表明,未经感应淬火试样的疲劳裂纹均起源于试样的表面基体,而经表面感应淬火后的疲劳裂纹则起裂于淬硬层边界附近的内部基体。 相似文献

Rotary bending fatigue tests were carried out with two kinds of materials, S43C and S50C, using the front engine and front drive shaft (FF shaft) of vehicle. The specimens were induction hardened about 1.0mm depth from the specimen surface, and the hardness value on the surface was about HRC56-60. The tested environment temperatures were -30, 25 and 80℃ in order to look over effect of the induction hardening and the environmental temperatures on the fatigue characteristics. The fatigue limit of induction hardened specimens increased more about 45% than non-hardened specimens showing that the endurances of S43C and S50C were 98.1 and 107.9MPa in non-hardened samples, 147.1 and 156.9MPa in hardened samplesrespectably. The maximum tensile and compressive stress on the small circular defect was about +250 and -450MPa respectively when circular defect is situated on top and bottom. The fatigue life increased 80, 25 and -30℃ in order regardless of hardening. In comparison of the fatigue lives on the basis of tested result at 25℃, the fatigue lives of non-hardened specimens decreased about 35%, but that of hardened specimens decreased about only 5% at 80℃ more than at 25℃. And fatigue life of non-hardened and hardened specimens were about 110% and 120% higher at -30℃ than that of 25℃. Based on the result of stress distribution near the defect, the tensile and compressive stress repeatedly generated by load direction were the largest on the small circular defect due to the stress concentration. 相似文献

为对旋转弯曲疲劳过程中的磁记忆信号进行分析,从磁记忆的物理基础出发,把旋转弯曲疲劳试验件看成一个磁体,试件的疲劳破坏过程就是试件由一个磁体变成两个磁体的过程。指出在试件表面检测到的磁场是环境磁场、试件的磁感应磁场和漏磁场的叠加,并分析了沿试件轴向的法向磁信号的分布变化。最后通过旋转弯曲疲劳试验,验证了理论分析结果。理论分析和试验结果均显示,疲劳破坏前法向磁信号出现显著的异常特征,可用其进行疲劳损伤诊断。 相似文献

采用压力容器用16MnR热轧钢不同缺口尺寸、不同厚度的紧凑拉伸 (CT)试样, 进行了不同温度、不同应力比条件的一系列疲劳裂纹扩展实验, 得到了相应实验条件下的疲劳裂纹扩展速率. 讨论了高温环境、缺口半径、应力比及试样厚度对疲劳裂纹扩展行为的影响规律. 结果表明: 16MnR钢在环境温度为150和300 ℃时的疲劳裂纹扩展速率比25和425 ℃时低, 300℃时疲劳裂纹扩展速率最低, 300℃以上时随温度的升高裂纹扩展速率增大; 缺口半径的大小对初期疲劳裂纹扩展有较大的影响; 应力比对16MnR钢的疲劳裂纹扩展行为没有影响; 疲劳裂纹扩展速率随试样厚度的增大而增大. 相似文献

Corrosion has a significant impact on the life cycle cost of military aircraft. Fleet experiences show that structural areas around joining elements (rivets, bolts) and faying surfaces are particularly sensitive to corrosion. During the repair currently performed the corrosion usually is blended out, the surface protection applied, the fastener inserted and a new top coat applied. Blending out corrosion often results in a reduction of fatigue life. To restore fatigue life the induction of compressive stress in the area affected is common practice. It is generally accepted that the induction of compressive residual stress extends fatigue life but its impact on the overall corrosion behaviour of alloys is discussed controversially in the literature. For this reason the influence of compressive residual stress on the corrosion behaviour was investigated in a joint experimental project. The compressive residual stress was introduced in different ways on laboratory scale and the specimens artificially weathered to simulate the effect of corrosion. 相似文献

为更好地复现实际工程中物体所受的各种复杂载荷,提出一种基于相位控制的双激振器电液疲劳试验系统:应用流体动力学和系统动力学理论建立激振器与疲劳试验系统数学模型,非线性分析激振器激励-响应特性,拟定疲劳试验系统加载策略;最后搭建试验平台,验证理论分析的准确性及加载策略的可行性。研究结果表明:实测激振器输出力波形与仿真分析结果基本一致,所拟的3种加载模式可达预期目标,即疲劳试验系统能输出不同频率和极值的拉-压交变力、交变力矩和交变力偶矩满足试验需要。 相似文献
