光导焦平面探测器的性能同其偏压及读出电路的工作参数密切相关。本文研究了采用CTIA型读出电路的1×128线列光导PbS焦平面探测器工作时,探测器偏压、积分时间和读出电路偏置电压对探测器信号、噪声及探测率的影响。实验结果表明:探测器信号、噪声及探测率均随探测器偏压增长而增加,存在一个最佳偏压3 V,使得探测器探测率达到最大;当超过此偏压后,信号电压增量减小,噪声电压增量增加;存在一个最佳积分时间50 μs,此时探测器探测率达到最大;存在一个可使用的读出电路偏置电压范围3.35~3.85 V,在此范围内,信号 相似文献

Conventional silicon based infrared (IR) detector arrays consist of separate Schottky barrier detectors connected via transfer gates to MOS type charge coupled device (CCD) read-out shift registers. A novel IR imaging array is described where Scottky silicide elements are used exclusively both as IR detectors as well as the silicide gates of Schottky CCD read-out shift registers. 在航天遥感领域,波长在10m以上的长波探测器仍以HgCdTe光导型探测器为主,在红外探测成像方面发挥着重要作用。非均匀性是目前长波光导探测器突出的问题之一,设计了一种数模混合的非均匀性校正的长波光导探测器读出电路。该电路不仅可以有效地解决线列长波光导探测器电阻非均匀性问题,还可以增大ROIC输出信号的动态范围,几乎不增加读出电路功耗。经过仿真测试表明:非均匀性问题有了明显的改善,能够使其非均匀性降为0.5%以内,在常温和低温下都能正常工作。该校正电路不仅能解决当前工程中的关键问题,还对今后高性能大面阵长波光导探测器读出电路的设计具有重要的指导意义。 相似文献

Presents the design of a positron emission tomograph (PET) with flexible geometry dedicated to in vivo studies of small animals (TierPET). The scanner uses two pairs of detectors. Each detector consists of 400 small individual yttrium aluminum perovskite (YAP) scintillator crystals of dimensions 2×2×15 mm3, optically isolated and glued together, which are coupled to position-sensitive photomultiplier tubes (PSPMTs). The detector modules can be moved in a radial direction so that the detector-to-detector spacing can be varied. Special hardware has been built for coincidence detection, position detection, and real-time data acquisition, which is performed by a PC. The single-event data are transferred to workstations where the radioactivity distribution is reconstructed. The dimensions of the crystals and the detector layout are the result of extensive simulations which are described in this report, taking into account sensitivity, spatial resolution and additional parameters like parallax error or scatter effects. For the three-dimensional (3-D) reconstruction a genuine 3-D expectation-maximization (EM)-algorithm which can include the characteristics of the detector system has been implemented. The reconstruction software is flexible and matches the different detector configurations. The main advantage of the proposed animal PET scanner is its high flexibility, allowing the realization of various detector-system configurations. Cylindrical coplanar-grid configurations, which offer a lot of advantages over established designs,can effectively overcome the problem of poor hole collection. Finite element analysis is utilized for simulating the potential distribution of the cylindrical coplanar-grid detector under different models by varying the widths of grid and pitch of electrodes. In addition, a modified grid pattern has been discussed to improve the weighting potential match between two grids. In this way, the geometry of electrodes for cylindrical coplanar-grid detectors is optimized. 相似文献
