为了解决深井热害问题,研发了矿用气动蓄冰空调系统。该系统整合了降温除湿和空气净化两大系统,主要用于避难硐室,具有广阔的市场前景与良好的社会效益。矿用气动蓄冰空调系统的优点主要有:(1)无电化设计,可避免二次灾害发生,具有较高的安全性和可靠性;(2)自动控制,准确可靠;(3)制冷功率大;(4)降温、空气净化及除湿一体化设计;(5)采用蓄冰球蓄冷及释冷,制冷和释冷效率高;(6)采用机械通风,风量大,强制对流,降温速率快;(7)适用环境温度范围宽。  相似文献

提出了一种应用于矿用救生舱的蓄冷型降温系统,利用Flow Simulation有限元分析软件对救生舱内部温度场进行研究,探讨了不同风路结构对温度场分布的影响。仿真结果表明,在进风口风速一定的情况下,采用方形截面的风道散热特性最为优良;采用弧形风道管可以减少风阻,促进空气的流通,加速舱内的降温。  相似文献

为测试蓄冰空调不同工况(包括不同剩余冰量、循环风量)对避难硐室生存区热舒适性的影响,测试了不同工况时蓄冰空调的实际制冷性能;在此基础上采用RNGκ-ε模型和SIMPLE算法模拟分析了蓄冰空调不同工况时某50人避难硐室生存区内速度场、温度场及热舒适性的变化情况。研究表明,空调剩余冰量越多、循环风量越大,空调实际制冷功率越大,生存区热舒适性越好;同时还提出了蓄冰空调最低循环风量要求的工程计算公式。  相似文献

对可移动式救生舱内人员的人体热平衡与水平衡进行了分析,计算了不同温度和湿度时舱内人员的散湿量、排汗率和皮肤湿度。分析与计算的结果表明,舱内温度和湿度设计值与舱内人员每天的饮用水供应量有关,应根据舱内人员的热舒适感和饮用水供应量确定舱内的温度和湿度设计值。在相同的温度下,采用较高的舱内空气湿度设计值可以减少空调除湿负荷,减少救生舱空调系统所需的蓄冷量。  相似文献

煤矿救生舱将成为矿工井下逃生的重要设备,其结构强度直接决定了矿工的生命安全。为提高救生舱强度,在ABAQUS环境下建立了救生舱的有限元模型,使用显式积分方法得到了在煤矿瓦斯爆炸时的压力对救生舱的影响。救生舱的最大应力出现在角落应力奇异处及肋板中部部分区域并达到了屈服强度,但救生舱的总体应力大小在允许范围之内。  相似文献
