利用ANSYS软件对160 mm×160 mm小方坯凝固末端电磁搅拌器所产生的电磁场分布进行了模拟。计算了小方坯内部磁场分布情况,同时计算出在不同搅拌电流条件下的铸坯凝固末端凝固前沿钢液液芯所受的电磁力与钢液的转速。结果表明,铸坯凝固前沿磁感应强度、电磁力及钢液转速均随着搅拌电流的增加而增大。结合实际生产情况,确定凝固末端液芯半径为175 mm,电磁搅拌频率为6 Hz时,最佳搅拌电流为400 A,此状态下凝固前沿由电磁力引起的钢液最大转速为12 r/s。 相似文献

The carbon segregation that occurs in a round billet leads to instability in the anti-sulfur steel pipe.The maximum difference in the C content of these billets can reach 0.08%,and the equiaxed grain ratio is about 37.0%.In this paper,reasonable casting and mixing parameters were obtained by a study of the casting process,mold electromagnetic stirring,and the final electromagnetic stirring process.First,a mathematical model was established for the solidification and heat transfer of round-billet continuous casting using the characteristics of the continuous-casting process for sulfur-resistant steel pipes.The relationship between the casting speed,cooling-water ratio,and thickness of the shell at the final stirring position was analyzed.Then,the electromagnetic force and the liquid steel flow velocity were simulated and used to obtain reasonable parameters for the mold and final electromagnetic stirring.Through optimization of the casting and electromagnetic stirring technologies,the equiaxed grain ratio of the continuous-casting round billet increased to 53.4%and the maximum difference in the C content of the billet reduced to 0.031%. 相似文献

Effects of mold electromagnetic stirring (M-EMS) on the solidification structure of 45# steel billet were investigated by examination of interdendritic corrosion The results show that the primary and secondary dendrite arm spacings increase from the edge of the billet to the center and decrease obviously with increasing electromagnetic torque, which will be beneficial to refine the solidification structure and enlarge the equiaxed crystal zone. The ratio of equiaxed crystal increases by 15.9% with the electromagnetic torque increasing from 230 to to the central area, where the cooling rates are similar at different torques. The closer to the central area, the less the influence of M-EMS on the cooling rate is. The ratio of the primary to secondary dendrite arm spacing is approximately 2.0, namely, λ1 ≈2λ2, and is constant irrespective of the stirring intensity and position of the billet. Original position analysis (OPA) results indicate that the center segregation of the billet is greatly improved, and the more uniform and compact solidification structure will be obtained with the increase of stirring intensity. 相似文献
