介绍了钛醇盐的合成方法,在惰性溶剂中,以自制钛乙醇盐为的料,探讨了钛醇盐水解制取高纯TiO2微粉的方法。研究了反应物浓度,温度,水量,搅拌速度,分散剂以及干燥,煅烧等对TiO2粒子特性的影响规律,制备出纯度≥99.5%,粒径〈1.0μm,近似球形的TkO2微粉。用其做成PTC电子元件,其电性能接近日本TDK,同类产品的技术指标。  相似文献

实验研究了碳饱和铁液与CaO-SiO2-TiO2(%TiO2)<18)系熔渣间(TiO2)的还原速度,同时考察了初渣碱度,温度对(TiO2)还原速度的影响,研究结果表明:在本实验体系中,在初渣碱度B=(%CaO)/(%SiO2)=0.54-1.5范围内,随着碱度的升高,(TiO2)的还原速度加快,而温度的提高也能加快(TiO2)的还原速度。建立了在该实验体系中(TiO2)被铁液中的溶解碳还原的速度  相似文献

将Cu-C3.3%-Ti13.3%和Cu-CuO2.5%-Al1.1%二合金粉末分别进行机械合金化,结果发现,经20h球磨后,C的衍射峰已经消失,Ti,Al,CuO的衍射峰强度显著降低;60h球磨后,二合金粉末都形成了Cu基过饱和固溶体;100h球磨后,部分Ti,C,Al,O溶质元素脱溶析出,并反应生成TiC和Al2O3。  相似文献

采用TZP相变和TiC颗粒共同增韧Al2O3,使TZP/TiC/Al2O3复合材料的抗弯强度σf和断裂韧度KIC分别达到1106MPa和11.86MPa·m^1/2。探讨了复合材料在用作螺旋丝拉拔模具时的磨损和破损行为,研究了TZP和TiC对模具磨损和破损性能的影响。  相似文献

采用水热法合成CaTiO3电子陶瓷晶体粉末,以Ca(OH)2和Ti(OH)2为水热合成前驱物,制备前驱物的原料选用Ca(NO3)2或CaO及TiCl4水热体系的KOH浓度为0.1~1.6mol/L,水热温度为150~200℃,时间20~60min实验结果表明在各自实验范围均能效合成CaTiO3推荐合成条件为175℃,30min,水热体系KOH浓度0.2mol/L,文中对合成机理进行初步探讨。  相似文献

利用试验技术通过调整和精确控制1873K时的氧分压Po2测定了Al2O3-CaO-TiO2和CaF2-TiO2熔剂中氮的溶解度和氮化能力。据试验发现,熔渣和铁水之间的氮分配比以及金属的脱氮度是Po2的函数。文章研究了采用含TiO2的熔剂从纯铁和铬合金钢中的除氮工艺,即首先把炉渣与金属粉末混合,然后在1873K坩埚中加热熔化,并将熔融金属从10kg感应炉出钢至包中。系统中的氧分压可通过精炼剂中铝或钛含量进行调整。试验结果表明Al2O3-CaO-TiO2渣可除去低合金钢中氮,脱氮度可超过60%。文章讨论了生产过程中采用含CaF2-TiO2熔剂的炉渣进行钢包处理有效去除高合金钢中氮的技术参数。  相似文献

就D/max-RC转靶X射线衍射仪对金红石和锐钛型TiO_2定量分析精度和主要误差因素进行了探讨。指出金红石和锐钛型TiO_2定量分析用纯标样法和K值法配合使用为宜;在Cu-Kα辐射条件下(衍射峰背底扣除△2θ在0.7~1.2°之间),扫描速度≤5°/min,试样中金红石或锐钛型TiO_2含量在15%以上,定量误差<5%。  相似文献
