一种新型高炉喷煤分配器

一般中、小型高炉都采用并列罐喷煤系统,喷吹罐通过一根输煤总管将煤粉输送到高炉,然后经炉前分配器再分配到高炉的各个风口。多年来,一直沿用瓶式分配器。这种分配器为一圆柱形空腔容器,分配支管布置在空腔容器的上部侧面,与分配器空腔容器呈90°直角。由于这种瓶式分配器结构不合理,气体力学性能不良。据有的单位测定各支管间煤粉量相差一倍甚至几倍,且由于煤粉流进入分配器后流速改变和流向突然改变以及在分配器内来回折返,造成阻力损失     

KD盘式煤粉分配器的应用

武钢２号高炉喷煤系统原为多管路形式。１９９２年元月改造成单管路加分配器，使工艺简化，设备碱少，操作方便，安全性增强，故障率下降。分配器本体的分配偏差不大于５％，预计使用寿命可达三年以上。实践证明了单管加分配器工艺更有利于均衡，稳定，大量，多煤种喷吹。     

煤粉盘式分配器的设计准则及实验研究

描述了煤粉盘工分别配器的设计准则，介绍了利用这些准则设计的分配器实验及应用结果。试验表明，这种分配器具有良好的性能，精度可达５％。     

100 kg中频感应炉底吹氧搅拌的水模拟研究

采用几何相似比1:1的水模型对100 kg中频感应炉底吹氧的工艺参数(底吹流量0.2~0.56 m³/h,熔池高度120~330 mm)和流场进行模拟试验。结果表明,底吹熔池内形成的气相流速度在竖直方向上变化不明显,而在水平方向上存在较大梯度;随熔池高度和底吹流量的增加,气相流速度梯度变大,竖直气-液两相流变为倾斜向上运动;在熔池高度H小于240 mm、气体流量Q小于0.56 m³/h时,混匀时间分别随熔池高度和底吹流量的增加而减小,超过这一范围后混匀时间变化不明显。     

大中型高炉用煤粉分配器研制成功

在高炉喷煤系统中,煤粉分配器是一项重要设备,其分配性能对于喷吹煤粉沿高炉圆周的均匀分布起着关键作用.这对于风口数目较多的大中型高炉提高喷煤量时尤为重要. 根据冶金部关于在鞍钢进行富氧大喷煤工业试验的要求,冶金部钢铁研究总院承担了为鞍钢2000～2580m~3大型高炉研制煤粉分配器的任务,这三座高炉的风口数为20～26个,喷煤系统为双系列,每个系列供     

杭钢1号高炉喷煤浓相输送工业试验

介绍了抗钢1号高炉喷煤浓相输送工业试验结果，该工艺采用流化罐单管口出料，通过补气调节输送量，并采用新型分配器分配煤粉，能满足高炉喷吹煤粉的技术要求，获得了增加煤粉喷吹能力和降低能耗的效果。     

薄带连铸用布流装置

薄带连铸用布流装置，包括布流器、分配器；所述的布流器为一箱体结构，该箱体两侧开有多个布流小孔；分配器插设于布流器箱体内腔；分配器为倒“T”形，内部开设有与布流器箱体内腔相通且互为连通的进流通道和出流通道。钢液进入布流器以及分配器后，经布流器上的布流小孔，将钢液均匀地布置到两个结晶辊之间的熔池内。通过采用分配器与布流器的组合，简化了薄带连铸布流结构，降低铸机高度；     

新式铝水分配器试制成功

2006年2月8日，于2005年9月立项的广西分公司检修厂铝水分配器在电解铝厂铸造车间1浇注机上试用成功，各项指标均达到预定目标。在原铝锭生产过程中，由于氧化渣的产生及每一块铝锭的扒渣操作，损耗一定的铝水。新式铝水分配器是一种全新的铝水分配装置，其工作原理及结构均不同于本公司在用的铝水分配器。通过对铝水分配器结构的改变而使得铝水能平缓进入分配器及铝锭模，尽量避免氧化渣的产生。新式铝水分配器不需要人工扒渣，且节约大量铝水原料。     

气力输送系统新技术
