高炉无料钟炉顶布料规律探索与实践

济钢1 750 m3高炉采用串罐无料钟炉顶布料系统.建立了布料模型,并在高炉生产中不断验证,逐步消化和掌握了无料钟技术,摸索出一系列无料钟炉顶布料的相关规律;建立了布料矩阵调节的基本准则,以"稳"为前提,以"平台漏斗"理论为依据,充分发挥了布料矩阵技术优势,确保高炉稳定顺行.研究结果表明:焦平台一旦确定,靠微调矿石矩阵可以调整煤气流的合理分布,达到维持矿焦比合理分布的控制目标.通过布料矩阵的不断优化,使高炉的顺行状况改善,高炉的利用系数达到2.35 t/(m3·d).     

PLC和变频器在高炉无料钟自动布料系统中的应用

布料是高炉操作的关键工序之一。把料钟布料的高炉，改造成无料钟布料，在我国还刚刚起步；如何应用PLC控制无料钟布料溜槽的执行机构(即变频器和电机)，目前国内没有发现这方面公开发表的技术文献：本文介绍的马钢一铁厂，容积为350m^3的9^#高炉炉顶于2001年12月，由原来的料钟布

济钢1#1750m3高炉开炉初期,因受炉顶设备限制,只能使用单环布料,料面堆尖高,气流不稳定.改为组合双环布料后,因角差大,档位小,不利气流调整.设备故障消除后,探索出了适应炉况顺行的多环布料矩阵,高炉利用系数达到了2.37t/m3·d.     

2000m^3高炉上下部调剂实践

南钢2000m^3高炉自2004年7月投产以来，通过对上下部调剂的实践摸索，逐步掌握了无料钟的布料规律、合理的送风参数以及煤气流分布，实现了高炉的稳定顺行，各项技经指标明显提高。     

无料钟布料分布模型在莱钢3200m3高炉的应用

根据影响高炉炉内料面分布的基本因素和规律,结合无料钟高炉的布料经验,运用数学知识和计算机技术研究开发了无料钟高炉布料模型.该模型基于莱钢3200m3高炉开炉试验测试结果,并得到成功的实际应用,指导工长对炉料进行合理调整和改善高炉冶炼状况,提高了料柱的透气性指数,降低了焦比,保证高炉能低耗、稳定地生产.     

无料钟布料料面形状数学模型研究

以某2 500m3高炉无料钟布料模型(1:10)试验为依据,分析了节流阀开度、溜槽角度和炉料粒度分布情况对料面的影响,提出了料面形状基本符合正态分布规律.结合无料钟布料规律建立数学模型,并应用VC编写仿真程序,模拟结果和实际基本相符.     

上海一钢2500m3高炉布料模式的演变

为了掌握无料钟炉顶的布料规律，一钢2500m^3高炉在开炉之前进行了开炉料的装料实测试验，对指导高炉开炉和以后的生产提供了指导性的数据。在生产过程中通过布料模式的调整，探索并形成了一套较好的布料调整模式，保证了高炉的稳定顺行，取得了较好的生产技术指标。     

1280 m~3高炉无料钟炉顶布料规律

介绍了芜湖新兴1 280 m~3高炉采用BT型串罐式无料钟炉顶布料系统,从开炉至生产不断摸索、总结和优化高炉布料规律的过程。重点介绍了特殊炉况和季节变化时无料钟布料矩阵的变化情况。优化后的无料钟炉顶布料矩阵使高炉煤气流分布更合理,煤气利用率提高到50%以上,燃料比降低到505 kg/t左右。     

转炉炉壳热应力分析

根据实际转炉建立实体模型。以有限元为手段,考虑了炉衬和炉壳材料的物性参数随温度变化的特点和炉衬与炉壳之间膨胀间隙,计算了转炉炉壳在温度载荷和炉衬膨胀压力同时作用下的热应力。所得结果可为转炉炉壳设计提供依据。     

Concept of freedom of infection of animal flocks

Totally negative results of epidemiological investigation of random samples do not prove the absence of the infection as the pathogen may be restricted to only a few animals in the herd for a long time. The statement "absence of infection" is critical for such situations. The question is raised, whether the statement "absence of infection" should be generally avoided. Classification of herds and flocks according to the prevalence of the pathogen would be more valid for the implementation of control measures.

The effect of amount of possession of the trait of hostility on accuracy of perception of hostility in others.

Some theories of personality hold that an individual's perception of others is influenced by his own personality characteristics; more specifically, that a trait of low social value will be projected more into others, and that insight into the possession of these characteristics reduces this distortion. These 2 hypotheses were tested by having a group of college students rate each other (including themselves) on degree of friendliness or hostility. Agreement with group rating about self yielded the insight score. In general, the hypotheses were supported; the "friendly" Ss were most accurate in their perception of others, and insight was positively associated with accurate perception. Comparison of rates of infection of two methods of emergency ventricular drainage

The rates of infection of two methods of external ventricular drainage in use at Atkinson Morley's Hospital--namely, (a) percutaneous drainage with Rickham reservoirs and (b) tunnelled ventriculostomies--were compared in this retrospective review. Percutaneous drainage of CSF with Rickham reservoirs was associated with a 27% rate of infection as identified by positive microbiological cultures; tunnelled ventriculostomy catheters had a 10% infection rate. The difference in the infection rate between the two methods was statistically significant (P < 0.015). Other variables examined, including the age and sex of the patients and the reasons for ventricular drainage, were not associated with an increased rate of infection. Most infections from either method were caused by a coagulase negative staphylococcus. The average duration of ventricular drainage before identification of positive cultures was 5.7 days for Rickham reservoirs and 6.0 days for ventriculostomies.

Mirels's (see record 1970-10386-001) study which found 2 factors in analyzing responses to 23 items on Rotter's Internal-External Control Scale.
